This is a FAKE Zero tolerance knife. the seller is Quingyang Huxi Trading Company. Do not waste your money on this garbage.
Be careful. When ordering from this vendor. When I received ZT0350 it was a clone and not a real ZT. Here is what you need to know:
Weight difference 6.2 oz on the original vs 6.5 oz because the liners aren't skeletonized in any way.
The G-10 may look like G-10 but it is not nearly as tactile as it is not G10
The clones of this knife use a 2.5 millimeter screw, while the stock (authentic) knife uses a 2 millimeter screw.
The main difference is in the pivot mechanism. Genuine Zero Tolerance 0350 has a Speedsafe assisted opening mechanism and runs on washers while the clone on the other hand has steel bearings in the pivot and isn't assisted in any way.
The back of the pivot has a hexagon shape (also prevents it from free spinning), while on the clone its round.
Also look at the blade stopping method - on the genuine knife the blade is being stopped by the thumb studs hitting the liners, while the clone has an internal stop pin.
Finally the marking on the clone ZT0350 clip is painted on as opposed to engraved on the genuine.
Anyway when I notified Amazon my money was returned. If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

Regardless of whether you are or not there is no negative feedback on that vendor. I can only conclude that either 1 - what you are saying never happened or 2 - you did not feel strongly enough about it to leave feedback. Number 1 is most likely since being ripped off is more than enough reason to take 5 minutes out of your time to leave negative feedback.
Besides all that, I am not a fan of ZT. I have an 808 and a 95S90BLK. ZTs are too clunky for my tastes and are not made in the US. The 808 snail trailed way too quickly and looks like crap after carrying it for a month and the 95's frame lock gets stuck and requires manual pressure in the opening direction to release. I still like the 808 a little though.
Why does gun.deals use the same old post with previous comments on the same ad but with a higher price tag. Very misleading.
S30V is not known for chipping. I think you are believing sewing circle rumors from people that can't afford a $122 pocket knife.
I got the same e-mail and $10 credit. Amazon should eat the pricing mistake. I thought it was some great lightening deal. This sux!
They did the same crap to me last year on an 0808. It went from $150 to $200 while in my cart for 15 minutes.
I called BS and got the $150 price.

Didn't want to let this go...
So not wanting to let this go since MOST retailers will honor a price-mistake...I wrote to Amazon and asked them to honor the price since I purchased the item based on what I thought was a lightening deal. They immediately said they would but I'd have to buy the knife from Amazon or it had to be fulfilled by Amazon. They even said I could select one day shipping and they would pay for that. I bought the knife that was fulfilled by Amazon at $148 and they refunded $70.58. After all is said and done, with my $10 credit - the knife cost me $67 and some change. A fair amount of work to get the knife but worth it to me. I am an Amazon Prime member but that shouldn't play into them honoring the price.
I got the same deal you did, called and asked them to honor the price. They balked at first and the I asked them what their policy was if the pricing mistake was in their favor, would they refund me the difference......long silence....then the customer service representative honored the advertised price. Another day goes by and I get the email stating that I received a $10.00 gift card. The whole process was a pain but Amazon ended up with a very happy customer.
That's good to hear, glad they honored the price which they should. Got the knife today, it's amazing and very much worth the hassle I went through to get it.
