I have bought a handful of guns and gun parts thru this company. I can say that I have always gotten quality items and have had no problems with any purchases I have made. Their customer service always answers quickly to any emails I have sent. I cannot say anything about customer service via the phone as I have only emailed them with inquiries.
But overall I recommend them to do business with. My favorite AR rifle I own has one of their uppers in 7.62x39. I kid you not, Not one firearm related failure has happened since the first round I shot to the 3000+ I have shot thru it now. Well made, tight tolerances and accurate tack driver. My perfect predator or even deer hunting rifle.
