Probably a very cool gun and if you want it as a piece for your collection, then it makes sense. I own a Zastava NPAP Ak which quality is great and I love the gun. But if you are looking for a defensive handgun at a bargain price right now, you are way better with a Taurus PT111 G2. 13 round capability for $200. Now I know there are a lot of Taurus haters out there, but here is my take. The Taurus is a great CCW option.. I had my doubts, but my range experience has been flawless so far and now my original CCW option of a Ruger SR9C sits on my nightstand, contrary to my original concealed carry intents. The Taurus PT111 G2 has a second strike capability in double action mode. Two 12 round mags. My Taurus 111 has been flawless on all ammo and is way more compact and concealable than my SR9C. I bought the Taurus on a whim, but now it is my daily CCW. I shoot my Ruger a little more accurately at the range, but not enough to outweigh the Millenium's attributes on a daily carry basis. Maybe the M70 is better for your needs. Just depends.

I know, I know: CTD. But still.
$25 cheaper than what? What was the original price?
Anyone who even thinks of giving CTD business now is like the guy who gets cheated on by his woman, then takes her back "because she's changed"... No what happened is that she willingly screwed around on you (or in this case gouged you when she could), then when the other guys dumped her, she came crawling back acting all sweet (because she had to)[in this case offering really low prices to stay in business]. You know she'll screw you over again the next time she gets the opportunity to do so, but you take her back anyway.
Man up, and stop supporting anyone with these shitty business practices, regardless of how sweet a deal they're offering now. Is that amount you're going to save now really worth getting gouged in the future? Pay a bit more and support businesses that support shooters (rather than screwing them when they can).
(1) Yes, it's CTD but also (2) some of us live in Texas. So not only do we get gouged by CTD, we also have to send more money to Austin. Add in the Texas sales tax, and the difference in price is comes out to about 5 bucks. On top of that, my local FFL ($10 transfers with a CHL) has a good relationship with Buds....so it makes the most sense for me to use Buds.
Went ahead and pulled the trigger on this. I've shot a lot of 9mils, but none from Eastern Europe. Never owned a TT-33....so looking forward to putting some cheap Russian brass down range with this Serbian bad boy.
Cheaper at CIA for $249.87
I have this and find it very reliable, though fixed sights and its tendency to shoot a little low means I have it as a bedside gun. Love its thinness.
