I just ordered some of this ammo and within minutes received an email indicating it is on backorder until mid Aug. That is optimistic, from my experience with SG within the past 6 months.
Was going to order some .308 a few months ago. They told me I had to pay the Washington sale tax of 8%+. I told them the ammo was just pasting threw to Alaska were we don't have a sales tax. Said we have a store there so you have to pay it. Again I tried to explain that it was going to Alaska, that the barge company was located there. It was not staying in Washington, and the address was a Alaska address. Might of well been talking to the dog. I will not EVER try to do business with them.
I feel your pain!!! This has happened to me at 3 different stores now and with people who seem to not know that Alaska is a US State. They end up getting around it by saying we only ship to the continental United States; looks like we’ll just have to keep dealing with Sportsman Warehouse high prices and WalMart’s late trucks. kbel10 in Anchorage, AK
I think all of you are crazy for stating that this is bad price! They have $4.99 shipping or $15 off $150 or more. This is the best price you are ever going to find on this ammo....
I agree it;'s the old price. I used to buy it at gun shows 5 years ago for $5.99/box of 20 which this works out to be. I bought 2000 for 299 per thou & only $4.99 shipping on the whole order & it's soft point. Try buying 308 for that.

$299 or less? It's $315 if you're not a member, plus shipping. Meh
Price isn't that great. I found some on many different sites with paid shipping for cheaper or the same price. I refuse to pay this place $30 a year for "membership deals" that aren't really deals.
