Had these dudes fucked and made up yet? I came here to learn about a shitty cheap electric screwdriver and I got what is mom and dad arguing at the dinner table while I got friends over. Don’t get me wrong it’s entertaining as can be but damn. If you don’t stop arguing I’m going to turn this comment section around and go home and no one gets ice cream!
Works. SIG customer service said to get one so I could use correct torque to set my Romeo 1. Seemed to fix my issue.
I wonder how they determine if it is accurate.
What is the accuracy guarantee? Who calibrated it? With what standards? Is it an ISO approved facility?
For someone who posts so much you sure don't know what the hell you are talking about most of the time.
For someone who doesn't understand how they calibrate or decide standards of precision you sure jump to conclusions of what other people THAT OBVIOUSLY know more than you know.

It is literally what I did for 10 years of my 22 year career - calibration and repair of TMDE. I also instructed it.
Here is a pic of some students I was instructing inside the "705 van" back in 2008. You can literally see the mounting plate for the torque transducers that we used when calibrating wrenches and torque multipliers.
As with everything else you talk about here, you are just talking out of your ass again. It has been proven over and over. All we have to do is get you posting and you tell on yourself. I mean, you think this private company is using an "FAA certified torque calibration tool" to calibrate their retail torque wrenches....as if you even know what that means. What a bitter, old clown.

If you *allegedly* taught you would understand "modulus of elasticity " and a few of the other important theorems relating to twist/flex/shear/load and you know....2+2 and why the sky is blue.
You can even design these things with precision parameters included in solidworks or catia....but hey, thats technology and shit, right ?

Um, not to really start shit, but I've had trigger pins start to walk more than I'd like. Anderson lower and lpk. Didn't actually cause a malfunction, wanted to protrude about 5/100 to one side of the receiver before any rounds were through it. Switched the pins and everything was kosher. Only anti walk pins I've bothered to use have come with drop in single stage.
**Good price** Had one and sold it, I just tighten by hand, if you buy one remember to back off on tension before putting away.
A good torque driver, and Blue Loctite are essential for mounting, and securing optics properly. This driver is affordable, and should last you a lifetime. You might as well buy one now.
I didn’t think I needed one of these until I got one. I can rest assured that everything I own is torqued properly, thanks to this.
That's $15 dollars cheaper than it was a little over a month ago. Good deal!
Just ordered one and used it to mount 350 dollar optic. I am glad I had it, as I would have definitely under tightened the mount, as I go a little over snug usually, and this tool took it probably 2 or 3 lbs tighter than I was comfortable with. But I followed the instruction and it worked great. No worry of the mount moving now.
Got one a year ago from Brownell’s. With coupon and free ship I believe it was around $40 Worth every penny. Great tool to have around. Especially for optics.
When and where? Lowest on amazon is $32 and that was almost 3 years ago.
