These are the last batch made at the turkey factory. Before it closed. They are crap!!!

Can you include some fact based information to backup your statement? I own a PA-08 Upland, and a TR. They have both been excellent, and issue free.

The 20 gauge I bought the front sight leaned way to the right. They had no barrel replacements so sent me a new gun and I paid $25 transfer fee. The 12 gauge I bought wouldn’t eject a round.

How do these compare to the the H R Pardner (Norinco). The only issue is I like a more compact stock,
that the Pardner offers. I read Weatherby stocks cant be changed. and nothing is compatable.

I bought this gun in 20ga, ( which is also available from this seller at the same price), about 18 months ago. These were designed by Weatherby and built to very high standards under Weatherby's supervision in a N.A.T.O. certified facility in Turkey. The quality is superb. My 20ga is lightning fast on target, very accurate, and cycles like melted butter.

Bought the 20 ga. also for home defense for my girlfriend. I loved it so much I bought one for myself. I have so many 12 gauges and this shotgun is great. These are very nice shotguns. I now have it as my SD shotgun loaded with Federal Prem Personal Defense #4 Buckshot.

Thank you for your reply. The 20Ga is a really sweet little, high quality shotgun. I also have mine loaded with #4 Buckshot.

Not designed or "supervised" by Weatherby. You think Weatherby is going to tell Turkish defense contractors how to manufacture weapons? Lmao
Imported shotgun, imported design.

Geopolitics aside but based on what I've seen and bought (SAR BP6), Turkish weapons have GREAT craftsmanship at rock bottom prices.

If you had done some research, or contacted Weatherby you would know that my post is correct. Weatherby goes to great pains to insure that any product with their name meets the highest possible standards. SA-08, PA-08, Orion shotguns, and Vanguard Rifles are testimony to their commitment to provide high quality, affordable firearms to the American buyer.

Was this copied from their page, or are you that much of a Weatherby fan? Shill much? :)

This is not sub-$225 shotgun when it comes to quality, reliability, durability, materials, and design. Weatherby introduced their PA-08 pump in late 2008. Since then they have earns a reputation for reliability, and excellence in an affordable pump. I'm getting up there in years and have become more recoil sensitive, so I opted for the 20 gauge version of this gun and I love it.
