The Walther PPQ M2 is semi-automatic striker-fired handgun available in 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 ACP, and .22 LR. The frame of the PPQ features a short Picatinny rail section for mounting tactical lights or lasers. The slide is made from stainless steel with front/rear racking serrations and coated in Walther’s Tenifer™ coating to prevent corrosion.

The Walther PPQ M2 foregoes the European style paddle magazine release for an ambidextrous magazine release just behind the trigger guard—if the paddle magazine release is more your thing, the PPQ Classic (or M1) is still in production. The PPQ does not feature a manual safety on any model but does have two drop safeties and a firing pin block to give you piece of mind when carrying the PPQ.
