Description
Walther® PPK/S Stainless .380 ACP Semi-automatic Pistol At the time of its creation over 80 years ago, the PPK inspired an entirely new category in the firearm industry, now widely known as the concealed carry pistol. To fill the need for performance in a concealable package, Walther broke the mold of pocket pistols and full-size military pistols to provide a more practical option that bridged the gap between the two. Carried by numerous undercover officers (and one notable secret agent) to this day, the PPK is nothing less than a living legend. An evolution of the classic PPK, the PPK/S maintains the timeless features, essence and the elegance of the original while adding an extended grip for added capacity and improved ergonomics. The extended grip gives your pinky finger a "home" while firing, so if you have big hands or you've struggled with small grips in the past, the PPK/S is the everyday-carry Pistol for you. Longer grip than the PPK for added capacity and ergonomics Top strap is cut with a wave to reduce glare Loaded chamber indicator Manual safety Internal slide stop reduces external snags Stainless finish Walnut grips Magazine finger extension improves shooting comfort Includes (1) 7-rd. finger extension magazine and (1) 7-rd. flush fit magazineOrder today! Personally I wouldn’t pay the price but that being said, it’s a dam nice piece and Walther makes good stuff just ask James Bond 8-))
Ya Livinitup I hear ya, Don’t forget to add the $20.99 Ship & Handling and $14.99 Gun Processing Fee…. Tired of SG, did a lot of business there up until about a year and half ago.. outrageous ammo prices, get notified ammo is in, 1 minute later go to buy “ sold out “ ect.. not renewing membership done there.
can anyone explain honestly why this pistol is almost 1k? seriously... Ive seen it in black or similar models for 1/3 cost? am I missing something? its an old style pistol with nothing fancy about it really... With all the options available for under 1k this would not be my choice... I guess the people who like the older designed weapons might? I mean its even in a shitty round and has a low 7+1 capacity? doesnt nake sense except maybe for someone with too much money and nostalgia...
The same ones you’re seeing for $300 are pot metal .22’s. This one’s 100% stainess steel. You have to see one of the new 2018+ Walther Arms in person to appreciate it. They are WAY better quality than they ever have been. Only gun I own that when I detail stripped it there was not a single tool mark to be found anywhere- everything is polished perfectly. Worth $1K? Nope. 7-800? Absolutely. Put it in the same category as a 1911’s. Beautiful and obsolescent and significantly improved from the ones made 90 years ago.
Can't understand why this gun is so expensive. I have one from 1941 that is a safe queen and have never shot it. I would love to get a new PPK if it was under $500. Get a Bersa Thunder 380 instead for under $300. Very similar design.
