Description

WE INVENTED CONCEALED CARRY.

Timelessness inspires true greatness. A groundbreaking idea now gives rise to the next level of achievement in unrivaled performance, delivering tried-and-true results when you need them most.

Walther’s industry-leading innovation takes the spotlight with their PPK model handguns. At the time of its invention over 80 years ago, the PPK inspired an entirely new category in the firearm industry, now widely known as the concealed carry pistol. To fill the need for performance in a concealable package, Walther broke the mold of pocket pistols and full-size military pistols to bring undercover officers a more-practical and practical option, the PPK. It is chambered in.380 ACP, the PPK provides all the power needed in a self-defense pistol without sacrificing on critical functionalities.

To execute this revolutionary concept, the Police Pistol Kriminal took all the modern advancements available at the time and combined them into one performance leading pistol. It features a double-action/single-action trigger that decocks when rotating the safety down into the safe position, first introduced by Walther.

Few guns have withstood the test of time like the brilliantly designed PPK. To this day, the PPK is still one of the most sought after concealed carry pistols on the market. This demand serves as a testament to Walther’s long-enduring legacy of excellence and unparalleled performance. The timeless design and superior engineering make the PPK a true legend amongst firearms.

No one buy this. They will be $400 soon. Theyre just trying to gauge the market on what they can get for the new batches. It wont be long until they realize this isnt the price to sell at.

Well to answer back to an "expert " on PPK's..... about 18 months or so ago or possibly 20 months ago I joined the gun.deals site as a buyer of firearms again after being a retired FFL dealer a few years back.......
KentuckyGunCo. I remember had a small quantity of new SS PPk or PPk/s pistols that they were selling for about $380 plus S and H.. It may have been in a black friday sale flyer......I missed the opportunity to buy one......
Unfortunately , after that time the prices on those old stock SS PPK's were going up .....then they were almost not to be found .....then 2 years later Walther now is making them again but has the price too high to be competitive in today's technically advanced gun markets....
Only mostly "old farts " with some nostalgia for them would want to pay $600 for that pistol in 380 acp .
Don't get me wrong , I stated previously that I loved my Walther PP series pistols.... When the prices drop and I can find one for less than $400 I may consider a PPK/S..... .but there are 9 mm H K's and Sigs out there as double stacks that are virtually the same size as the PPK/S.... for a little less money than a heavier 7 round pistol......

I worked for years buying guns for the nations largest gun dealer. What you're talking about was a small batch of S&W PPK/s pistols sold at cost because Smith stopped all warranty repairs and recalled the guns because they were trash. Walther Arms has spent the last 4-5 years tooling up to build them under license again. Hopefully they learned from Smith’s mistakes. People buy a PPK for the same reason people buy a $800 Colt 1911 with standard military sights. Timeless design that still gets the job done. There are more modern options but some people are willing to sacrifice some practicality for nostalgia, even young people like myself.

$600 is WAY OVER PRICED !!!.....Sure the Walther PP series are fine firearms.....But about 18 months ago you could find PPK- SS
in 380acp for less than $380 new. I had a Walther PP in 380 acp a few years back and it was my favorite conceal carry piece....it was accurate and fit
my medium sized hand very well (they had a longer grip). I bought it for $185 - 20 years ago. Best and most reliable pistol I owned for CC at that time....
With Today's Technology, there are a lot of NEW 380's out there with lighter weight and just as reliable , to be found for less than half the price of the new $600 PPKs..... (Walther PK380 , the Ruger 380s and S-W 380 offerings for example)
WAIT A FEW MONTHS or even LONGER.....these will not sell well at the new prices and you will see them for $400 or less again !!!!
I would bet on it !!!

I’m calling BS on a $400 PPK. Maybe a USED PPK/s. These are all steel guns of presumably high quality. They are not made to compete with a Glock 42 or LCP. This is how much Smith was selling their dumpster fires for when they were making PPK/s pistols. Hopefully Walther Arms fixed Smith’s QC problems.

I’ve never had a pistol feel so good in my hand! My only concern though is relialability?
