Not sure about ppx 9, I bought 5 cause I thought they might run in a cz p07 I have. They are close but not quite. They hold 16 9mm rounds. I think they may work but feel free to check it out

Okay, got the 40 cal mags in, and they work just fine with the 9mm PPX. No changes needed to the supplied mags. Bad news is that they are too wide to fit into the CZ P07.

Thanks, I have that CZ also and noticed the mags were close. Just may need to cut a new notch for the release/catch. I guess at $10.00 each they are worth messing around with a little to get them to work in one or the other.

Has anyone tried to use the 40 mag in the 9mm PPX? I was thinking of getting some of these for range mags and hopefully just needing to bend in the lips on either side to hold the smaller 9mm round.

If I had to guess they were planning on discontinuing them before they released them. They put them out there with a 1 year warrenty then stop carrying them and their parts in stores, that way if you need parts for it or to have it worked on you pretty much have to send it to them and they make their money you saved off the initial purchase.

I decided to check with Walther and the PPX is still in production according to them.

I was told by cabelas that once they are sold out like the 9mm magazines. They won't be getting anymore because they are being discontinued, don't know why ppx is a great gun very accurate and reliable, slide is alittle chunky compared to say a m&p9-45, only thing I don't like about it.

i guess it will go down in history as "I should have bought one when I had the chance" type of firearm. I'm puzzled as to why they are discontinuing the PPX line as Walther seems to be making a big push in the US

The Walther PPX series of guns are just a great value and with this Nov. 2015 deal on factory magazines you need to buy a PPX in .40 just because the magazines are so good for so little money.
