Each Vortex Micro 3X Magnifier provides the same 3X magnification capabilities as most magnifiers on the market, while also providing an integrated quick-release mechanism that allows for fast mounting and removal, when needed. The flip mount also allows for the magnifier to be moved to the right or left when 1X magnification is needed.
The Vortex 3X Magnifier measures 2.9 inches long and provides an eye relief of 2.64 inches. The total weight on the unit is 6.9 ounces, and the optic ships with a rubber lens cover, lens cloth and 3mm Hex tool. The company warns that the magnifier will not work with prism optics and may introduce parallax when used in conjunction with red-dot optics.
