Yep. Mine averaged right around 3.5lbs, depending where on the trigger bow I tested.

I got my trigger a few days ago and shot a video of the install as well as a comparison to a few other triggers.

Failed Functions Check, reset releases hammer after reloading...

1. Charge unloaded AR
2. Pull trigger while on safe... PASS
3. Selector on Fire, Pull trigger... PASS
4. Charge weapon, pull trigger and hold, charge weapon, release trigger... FAIL

The trigger releases the hammer instead of resetting.

This would be quite the surprise at the firing lane if I went to release my follow through on a shot and another shot rang out. I'll be contacting the manufacturer.

There is a screw at the bottom of the trigger, if you turn it clock wise until it stops it will eliminate your problem.

Bought one of these drop in triggers installed it in an Dediicated AR22. Took it out for a run and it didn't let my expectations down, this trigger plain and simply ROCKS! The trigger is so light and crisp it's rediculous. I'm buying another one before they pull the free shipping.

I got mine today and installed it in my Colt 6720. Breaks right at 4lbs, measured. Nice and crisp, but FYI, certainly not a 3lb trigger. I'm ok with 4 lbs as the factory Colt trigger was running 7.5lbs, but some folks wont be happy it breaks a full pound heavier than advertized.

Got mine today, installed in minutes. It is really awesome. Crisp break with no travel. Well worth the dollars and better than some at twice the price.

Better be as good as everyone claims. I've seen a lot of accessories and "upgrades" on the market lately, some awesome stuff mixed with some real crap.

I don't think you'll be dissapointed. Comment back when you get yours to let everyone know your thoughts on it!

Mine arrived today. Super easy to install (you'll just need a 1/8" punch/mallet and a long arm 3/16 hex). I can't measure the actual weight, but it feels just a bit over 3lbs till it breaks. I really did not detect any trigger movement until the break itself, both in the tactile and visual sense. The break is very clean and predictable, the cliché "like breaking a peppermint stick" comes to mind. There is some over-travel but it seems pretty minimal. It's hard to asses the reset, but I quote Tom at "about .065" and it feels like that would be at least a fairly reasonable statement.
Overall, I'd call it a great deal for $130, and I may even consider grabbing another one for the next project.

Grabbed one. Will post a follow up when installed and fired. Feeling good about it, would be nice to have an affordable option to geissele and timney.

Going to grab one. Emailed Velocity about the reset distance inwhich Tom himself replied "about .065." Excited to install it

Will this drop in a M&P 15-22? and will it make the $99 bump fire stock go bang bang bang?

Any one have one? Review?

Nice that they offer a 4 or 4.5lb pull trigger on request.

Got ammo LLC or Velocity? How do you request the 4lb?

We would have to order them as the 4LB model. We should have some in the next few weeks. As for now all we have are the 3LB

For bullet hose, the S3G is hard to beat, but close to 2x in $. This looks and smells like a Timney, so for $130 shipped is best bang for $!

I need a new bangswitch for a bumpski, and the CMC seems too nice... Or spend $, get a Hiperfire 3G, and pass down the S3G, and burn the CMC on the bumpski...

Those that received them, how fast is the lockup? S3G fast or RRA 2stage slow? Too fast = no good on bumpsaw, but the price difference can buy a Surefire 60.

Bought it and actually compared it to a cmc single stage 3.5lb today. I would say the lock up is as good if not a bit better than the cmc but I can't comment on the s3g :/. I will say the cmc was very nice, just a bit pricier.

These are awesome. Nice break and reset. I have 2- both on bump-stock SBR rifles, and they perform at par with my other higher priced triggers (CMC, timney), they are single stage so I would only compare to those.

What's the reset like? There's so little info out there :/

Instead of using my flat CMC for the bumpski AR I'm bulding, this might do the trick, and leave the CMC where it is right now, as this is cheaper than another CMC.

This is priced below a G2S, and a tad above an RRA (though those are 2 stage triggers). The thing is, are these any better than an ALG or similarly good GI triggers with JP springs?

3lb single stage? I would be scared!

Timney has made the 3.5lb single stage for years (decades it seems). My dad runs the skeletal one, and except for a tiny amount of creep (and a light primer hit on LC ammo once) it's juuuuust fine for bench or sport.

I was considering moving my S3G to my AR pistol (for fun) and buying a Hiperfire 3G (I hear they're still fast but more precise). This is tempting for $130 though (spend the extra $100 on ammo). Who knows, these might be the next AR Gold (or AR Crap).
