They're retired police cruiser shotguns. Not thug buyback guns. Usually rough cosmetically but in good mechanical shape.

looks like a maverick 88, polymer furniture so no varnish, it's either nasty scratch or my money is on crack given the butt-pad looks like it's coming off the stock as well.. probably butt stroked something hard and cracked it.
Given you can buy a NIB mav88 for less than 185 and all the guns in the pick have rust "patina" a fool and his money is soon parting.
This is the kinda stash you would buy in bulk and dump out on the floor for your homies before a convenience store robbery.

Can’t believe this site continues, much less someone lets them advertise on their site... Gun Deals, do you guys not look at Botach’s customer comments? This seller constantly misrepresents whatever they sell. I had an order with them once. Finally got my money back after the order didn’t ship. Took two months!

Read a lot of bad stuff about botach so I bought my Ithaca fully aware it may become a hassle. It started of with a bit of a hassle because they didn’t ship it with the correct paperwork but that was an easy fix.
When I got the gun however, I noticed it was a 20 gauge with a 28” barrel. What PD uses 20 gauge? Or a 28” barrel? I decided to go through with it because the page does say no refunds or exchanges and I thought it would be a bigger hassle to try to send it back.
Would be nice if they stated the gauge, I wonder how many POS 20 gauges they snuck in this sale where people think they’re for sure getting a 12 gauge.
Bright side is now I have a proper dove gun. Lol. Never buying from botach again.

Eh fuck it. I've been looking to acquire an 870 express magnum for awhile now. I'll let you guys know how it goes. I typically don't gamble like this but if it works out, saved about $100 or so. If not, probably won't cost much to do whatever it I need to do for it to be 100%. First experience with Botach. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Lots of spotty feedback about them.
