Description

There when you need it. Safely secured when you don't. For security and peace of mind in an uncertain world, reach for this Glock® 37 Handgun. Easy to carry and conceal, simple to operate, and highly accurate.

For those who prefer large-caliber handguns, the Glock 37 represents a quantum leap forward in big-bore technology. The secret to the magic lies in the innovative .45 Glock Automatic Pistol round, which cuts down the length of the standard .45 ACP by a full eighth of an inch, solving the two major problems of the .45 ACP: weight and size. The end result is a Pistol that handles and carries like a Glock 9mm, but still delivers most of the .45's power.

This particular model is used, in very good condition. So you get all the Glock performance, but for way less!

Used, in good condition
Barrel is manufactured using a cold-hammer forging method for uniform precision and consistency
Low bore axis increases accuracy by reducing muzzle flip and recoil
Polygonal barrel rifling reduces wear and tear on the barrel and creates better bullet-to-barrel fit. This minimizes barrel residue and produces consistent and increased bullet velocity
Glock applies advanced surface treatments on major metal components, resulting in slightly less-than-diamond hardness
Equipped with night sights
Includes a 10-rd. magazine

You can convert to .40 S&w and those barrels seem pricey at $150 which would bring total cost to over $400 so as you can see it's a dumb buy , 45 gap is dumb ..... Gun Would have to be about $150 to make any type of sense

45gap is dumb... I’d love to hear your explanation on this one.
It’s always an argument for this round but to say it’s dumb and provide no info.. that’s dumb. It doesn’t help anyone here. The frame, particularly the grip is more like a 17 than a 21. So you get a smaller grip for one. Yeah you get the 10+1, if we’re comparing to the 21, but
You aren’t getting a 21 for this price. Well I haven’t seen them for this price

I may be the only guy who has never owned a Glock! Tempting at this price but I rarely shoot my handguns any more.

Rolled the dice and picked it up from my FFL 2 days later. Very impressed with SG's customer service (quick response time and fast shipping) despite all the trashing I see on this site. Ammo can be had for $.26/rd, so it beats the 357sig in that dept. I own and love the sig caliber, but facts are facts. Maybe the ammo won't be around in 2 yrs, especially for that price, but for ~270 shipped on a like-new Glock, I'll roll the dice. I'd understand all of the bashing at $400+, but at this price, it's competing with throw away guns like Taurus, yet I'll be able to recoup my $ from some Glock fanboy out there when it comes time to sell. Thumbs up on this one!

Got mine too. Also scored ammo for cheap. Good reliable gun, my first glock, but I’m happy with it. Picked mine up yesterday at FFL and looks like new. Will keep in a vehicle and use it on the range.

This might be a good host for a conversion kit, no? Don’t they make a 50 GI conversion? If they do, would it fit?

the .50 conversion is for the 21 and 22.. it's very nice

Please reply if you ever find a conversion barrel that would work. I was thinking that I might be able to ream the chamber and make it accept .45acp but i think the mag well isnt big enough to take the .45acp glock mags. Even converting this to 9mm would be interesting, at $256 it is a steal but i dont want to have to buy this ammo or reload it. It would be nothing more than a paper puncher for me. That price makes it very tempting to buy a few and put them up but i don't think that caliber is ever going to take off.

Too bad it's a dead caliber.. It actually wasn't too bad of a round either. This is a good price if you want to stockpile ammo for it.

It's so cheap because demand for this gun and round is so low. Pass, stick with 45 acp

EDIT

I LOVE this gun! Mine was literally brand new. Extremely accurate! All these .45 GAP haters are just haters because they don't own one and they have never shot one. Reminds me of the idiot movie critics. Anyway, if you own it, you'll love it. Get one. It will be the cheapest Glock you'll ever buy. Unless your a skank pawn shop owner. Then, maybe you can cheat somebody and get one for 50 bucks. And quite frankly, the ammo is NOT scarce and it is NOT expensive. Only 10 cents more a round than .45 ACP. So buy a bunch of it now. Not a big deal. By the way, recoil is sooooo much better and ballistics are sooooo not that much different. Unless your a rocket scientist or a bean counter, then maybe so.

45 GAP ammo can actually be found for 25 cents a round before shipping. That's brand new brass casing. If the difference in price was actually 10 cents a round there's no way I would buy this gun. It wouldn't take very long to make up the price difference of the gun at 10 cents. But with current ammo prices it isn't any cheaper to shoot 45 ACP unless it's remanufactured or steel case. Combine both a negligible difference in ammo price and energy output it's hard to not see least consider this $240 Glock.

So they ship to ffl or where can I ship mine to?

Ummm... Cabellas does transfers. So does any mom and pop gun shop I've ever been to. I suggest a small shop. It'll cost 10 to 40 bucks per firearm. I suggest asking a smallish gun store around you what they'd charge. Helps keep the doors open.

Cabellas does do transfers, but they won't ship to your FFL (unless this has changed in the last year or so). Pick up in-store only. So if you live in KC,MO, you have to travel 4 hours to the nearest store in St Louis. Unless they can now ship to Bass Pro, which I doubt.

I am in SW Missouri, so i am a pretty good drive away from the nearest stores. I needed one of the Thompson .204 rugers for varmits around my farm and Cabelas was having a crazy sale on them. I called the store in Rogers, AR 479-616-1925 and asked for the gun counter. I talked to two different people and they both told me that they would ship to my local FFL for $25. I bought the gun on the website and selected the AR store for my pickup location and then called the gun counter back after it showed my order ready for pickup. I asked for the girl that is in charge of transfers and she just requested a copy of the FFL and a credit card number for the $25 and she shipped it no problem. Saved me hours of driving. This was late this past fall, so unless they had a recent policy change they will ship your gun. If the St Louis store gave you any guff about it, just call the AR store. Hope this helps.

Just got my G37. Pretty sure it’s never been used. There’s not a single blemish. Only criticism is that the night sights barely glow. If you are worried about ammo targetsportsusa.com has you covered.

So is this epic fail from Glock better than the epic fail P365 of Sig? Man that Bfr .30-30 looks better every day. I bet she goes bang when you want it to. Might have to get one.

Not sure about the sig....despite all it's problems it's selling like mad. I guess a successful failure.....lol..
If that makes any sense

I picked up a like new one last year in gunbroker for $380 with n. s. AND it has a lasermax guide rod laser

Never thought about that. It would make having this caliber for someone who likes 45 ACP but also likes a smaller frame.

$72 a month for 4 months and you get a Glock immediately. Do it. I've put around 500 rnds thru my G37 that I got from them previously for $351. If you're able to order ammo online it's not all that expensive, and if you're a little patient you can find smashing deals on Gunbroker for folks looking to dump their 45 Gap ammo. I've amassed a nice pile, a mix of brands, fmjs, hps. And paid no more than $.30 rnd for FMJ and $.70 rnd for HP.

Glock wanted to put their name on a cartridge like sig did with the .357 sig. What a joke, ballistics of .45 cap buy at only twice the cost. Let this cartridge go the way of the dodo.
