Yeah the handle that I put on fits tight like a virgin but I haven't tried anything else

The lights/lasers that snap on fit very loose. The ones were you can tighten the base work great. Every thing else about it I like.

can anyone shed light on what makes a Daniel Defense rail worth $300 as opposed to this @ $25?? I dont have a war weapon just a range toy.

I asked the same question but didn't get a reply. This is a solid piece and I'm very happy with it's looks and feel. I don't have to worry about being gentle with it because it was so cheap. It is painted or whatever very nicely but it will scratch if you put metal on metal but then again so will the barrel of the gun. It's a solid deal I would suggest that you try this first and also get the handle it's like 9 bucks more. I have had it over a month and I'm gonna put another one on my other AR. I think people just pay for the name but that doesn't make you any better at the range. Buy with confidence !

The Daniel Defense rails are made of better aluminum material and are hard coat anodized instead of painted like this unit. I have one of these, it fit my CMMG upper perfectly. I think for what you pay, it is pretty good.

I have this piece and was thinking of returning it... it looks like a decent piece.. it does add some weight to the rifle... the one thing that bugs me is that if you put the two pieces together without the rifle.. they slightly teeter toter from on end to the the other... thinking these are machined pieces you'd think the would be a matched set... I am more towards returning it than keeping at the moment

Dude this thing I have had on my two guns and I love it! It does add weight but I like the feel and for 9 bucks more added a handle. My only complain is the edges are a little sharper than I expected but I guess that's just how all rails are. I am going to get another!
