The way it should be said is...
You can buff a turd but you can't make it shine.
Obvious how much surface corrosion it has and that trying to cover it with ceracote didn't work for them.
These things used to go for $79 all day long brand new back in the day....and this one is worth maybe $25 in the condition it's in.
Myself, you couldn't give it to me for free...I wouldn't take it, and it certainly looks like it's best thrown in a scrap heap.
