Not a knock (or nod) at this product but what is the purpose of a FIXED magnifier? Either you need magnification 100 percent of the time or you do not. Even if this was a top-of-the-line magnifier you would be better served by a budget 3X optic that was built for that intended purpose not trying to jerryrig a traditional reddot.

Using a red-dot in conjunction with a magnifier on a flip-to-side mount is a good way to go from close-in to 100+ yards quickly and saves you from spending $2.5K on an Elcan Spectrdr.

My comment was in relation to ones without a flip to side mount.

Reviews on Amazon indicate this is airsoft use only, has been known to fail under even 22lr recoil. Also note the "UAG" brand name trying to trade upon UTG's ["Under The Gun"'s] reputation for serviceable gear at a bargain price. Caveat emptor!
