Not to screw myself out of hogging the cheap ammo but I just got 1000 of these from centerfire systems for $319 shipped to AZ.

I'd avoid the 55gr, but the 75gr stuff from TulAmmo isn't bad. Besides, it's selling cheaper than brass/copper ammo of the same weight right now. The hogs don't seem to mind the difference. If you need ammo no reason why not go for the cheaper alternative. Also, the entire bi-metal bullet debate on barrel life is gone due to cost of ammo vs. cost of new barrel as well. Way I see it is stock up if you need it, hold out if you can.

Might be worth it if they drove cross country to deliver it to your door with a fruit basket and $600. Dollar gift card to Chucks Cheese. added

They are trying to disarm the poor people of all of America, soon only the rich will be able to afford to buy and reload ammo. I hope states start suing ammo companies over this gouging business. What the hell is our military beingcharged?

Cool, it had a price drop of $20.76 now if people don’t buy it hopefully it will drop to $195

They can keep it.. absolutely ridiculous!

Thing is they don't keep it. They sell out. Desperate people that didn't watch out for themselves when ammo was cheap are scooping it up.

The shock and outrage is even factoring hoarding this is another manufactured crisis. I live 10 miles from a plant know several working there. They have warehouses of ammo sitting. Government “contracts.” It’s on hold to keep you from having it.

It's 2020. There has been an unprecedented run on ammo for months. If you didn't stock up when times were good and need ammo now you can:

-Try to place a backorder and wait weeks at places selling it for closer to pre 2020 prices.

-Troll local shops in hopes of buying a lucky rationed box at a good price when a truck happens to come in.

-Pay a high price to get it now, like this ad offers

All this shock and outrage at the realities of 2020 are almost comical. It's like some expected the ammo free market to somehow be controlled to protect them from supply chain realities of this huge surge. Others knew realities like this are inevitable and stocked up beforehand to (hopefully) ride it out.

Let the flaming begin

Bullshit. There's no shortage there is only price gouging. You can find green tips for the same price as this steel case.

"There's no shortage". Put down that crack pipe and look around. The date is November 29, 2020. The planet is Earth. Go into Cabalas or Sportsman's Warehouse or any place that sells ammo and tell them that. They have empty shelves they would like filled with merchandise they could sell. Demand exceeds supply-- the definition of a shortage. In a free market without a monopoly in these conditions, sellers either run out of stock, ration sales, or raise their prices. Call it gouging if you want. Green tips at $0.70 cents a round? In quantity and ready to ship now? Link? That is an unlikely find and is also more than double what they were before this "no shortage" began.

Lol. "Hi, I'm Earth. Have we met?"

My local BPS has started putting out empty rifle cases where the rifle ammo used to be kept. That's a reality check my dude.

All the Fudd caliber stuff are now gone. Yet they had 1400 rounds of SKS food just sitting there with no purchase quota, while the nonexistent 9mm and 556 is all gone. This comes out to 32cpr including tax. Well, this is what we have to do now.

Good thing the Covid buyers haven't figured out awesome of a round 7.62x39 is ... yet.

SHTF at every gun store or ammo retailer in the entire country. They are now even trying to sell blanks and subsonic junk. Theres a freaking pandemic and unconstitutional actions left and right, plus the zombie guy who thinks he got elected wants to enact assault weapons bans, importation bans, and taxes on ammunition. Also hunting season is going on. No shortage yeah right..

I found this gun site 4-5 days ago. Same shit every day. Any other sites out there that have gun deals that are new? Not just the crap you have already seen? And actual gun deals. Not just available guns/ammo at prices 2-5X the norm.

I've never even heard of the place before. Do you think George Soros owns this business?

1 vote

No, he is too busy funding non-existent groups to make people who get their news from memes buy a bunch of ammo they will never use to create a shortage / drive up the price.

This steel case stuff is available at Academy Sports in different calibers regularly, 9mm and 223/556 being the quickest to sell out. They aren't gouging the customers like this place and some other online scalpers...I mean, sellers.

I’m glad my family got into reloading. This basic steel ammo costs $18 if you shoot 30 rounds. One mag. $18. Like they think we’re all rich as hell. It almost makes me angry

Stuff is only good range food anyway. I can’t get through a mag of it without at least one round not fully cycling and picking up the next round.

If your AR won’t cycle this, you should be gun shopping.

I keep hearing people say that, but I have never had an issue with tula. Good for range days when you dont wanna spend a ton. Not saying I am paying these prices but I would at maybe .26/rd or less.
