Optics planet has definitely gone down hill in the past 6 months. Maybe it’s rona but they don’t have any customer service anymore. At least not any that get back to you with a week.
I ordered an in stock trijicon sro and received it in 3 days. Seems pretty legit from my experience..
Since last month, I submitted at least 4 orders. But none has ever been shipped. Is this store for real or just a clown?
I’ve made 3 purchases this month from them if the item is in stock they send it fast enough. If you have multiple items in a purchase and they all are not in stock they won’t send it until they have all items. If you need to contact them use messenger quicker than email. I’ve also canceled items no issues.
All items (I ordered) are in stocks; like this upper assembled/completed TRYBE-300BLK. Yes, I do understand the "backorder" item & it should be waiting, until it get restocked.

I placed an order for an 18.5” barrel for my mossberg 12 gauge and a heat shield that appeared available at the time... on July 3rd... still no date on when either will be sent... so much for a birthday present ... today’s date is 09/20/20.
