Great for shooting suppressed since SUBSONIC generally won't cycle an action, and if you live in the FD up state of California, the pump action circumvents all of the bullshit laws regarding semi auto centerfire being classified as assault rifles

Good comment and information. You should be an attorney/salesman for the NRA/ATF.

FYI- some of the photos on this page on this page show the folding stock version. This rifle is the fixed stock version. Big price difference between the fixed and folding stock version with the folding stock being considerably more expensive.

I got one from Buds last year just for fun. They showed the folding stock version on their page with the same MPN as this rifle. I called them before I placed the order to make sure I would be getting the folding stock version pictured on their website. Their employee assured me that I would be getting the folding stock pictured on their website and that the MPN must be wrong. BUT guess what! They sent me the fixed stock version. When I called them to complain, they essentially told me that I was stuck with what I got and too bad if one of their employees gave me bad info.

I send money orders with the description on the money orders. That is documentation. Also email with full description and get them to confirm the email. That is documentation also. They should have honored what the employee told you if you could prove what she told you. It is called a verbal agreement, and it is pretty strong in court.

Yup- for some reason the advertising for this gun has been messed up showing the wrong pics, model #'s etc since last summer at least. I picked one up in the fall and also had to make calls a few times. I got the fixed stock and thats what I wanted but honestly wasnt sure which one I was going to receive until it came lol. BTW this is a very good price for the fixed stock model. Got a few AR's and this is just fun and different, uses AR mags too. Shoots just as well as any other 5.56 I've shot.
