All scopes are in serviceable condition with signs of use and wear. With over one million produced, Trijicon’s Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight, better known as the ACOG has become iconic in the realm of combat optics — and for good reason, the ACOG has an unquestioned reputation for quality and reliability. The Trijicon ACOG is the official medium range weapon sight for both U.S. Special Operations Forces and the Marine Corps as well as being the optic of choice for law enforcement agencies across the country. What sets the ACOG apart from the pack is what it offers to its users, increased hit potential regardless of light conditions. This is due to the tritium/fiber optic illuminated reticle found in most Trijicon ACOG riflescopes, this automatically adjusts illumination of the reticle based on available light. With a wide array of magnification levels, reticle designs, and reticle colors available — there truly is an ACOG for every mission.Trijicon ACOG riflescopes come in the following magnification levels:1.5x16, 1.5x24, 2x20,3x24,3x30, 3.5x55,4x32, 5.5x50, and6x48.Features:Superior Quality Glass LensesMulti-coated lenses provide superior clarity and light transmitting capabilities with zero distortion.Rugged Aluminum-Alloy HousingForged 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum-housing provides for a nearly indestructible sighting system. So apparently I wasn’t the only one who bit, since these went out of stock before I could post my review. The Acog came in today in a foam popcorn filled Eurooptic box, loosely covered with bubble wrap. The finish was pretty scuffed up, but no major gouges or scrapes, and the lenses are immaculate. I might give it a touch up with an industrial black marker, but for now it doesn’t really bother me. It’s engraved with the model number and a DOE cage code. It also has a government sticker around the eyepiece. The amber Crosshair lights up even with dim bedroom lighting and, after testing in a dark closet, i was happy to see there I was still some charge left on the tritium.

It doesn’t come with a mount, but it fit perfectly on my LMT’s A2 carry handle, and now I have 2 sighting options. All in all I’m really happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t pay the $699 they originally wanted for another one, but for $400 I’m happy I waited.

Thanks for the followup. Have you sighted it in yet?

Not yet, I’ll try to get out tomorrow at my local indoor range. I opted to change it out of the A2 and put it on my 11.5” commando-clone pistol, since the short eye relief forces you to put your cheek on the charging handle and the LOP on the A2 stock makes it awkward. I’ll update once I’ve shot it some.

Garbage when Uncle Sam issued me one of these, thanks for wasting the taxpayer’s money, since our taxes already paid for these once, how about $20? I can make an ashtray or something of it since it is nearly useless as a scope

well here we are again, another month gone by and these are still garbage! Anyone thinking and voting these as good deals obviously have ZERO clue about these beat to shit piles of garbage that this seller is trying to dump off on uneducated mall ninja's who spend way to much time playing video games and want their own COD/PUBG weapon....

Brand new this model is $910 on optics planet
$79 for the cheapest Trijicon ACOG mount on the Trijicon website
$541.75 (as of 2010) was the cost for a "complete internal swap" from Trijicon including the prisms, fiber optic rail, glass, tritium, etc.....
$150-200 (as of 2010) for replacement of the Tritium by Trijicon
Some posters over on ar15.com have not had good luck asking for just a Tritium replacement and the company made them go for the whole internal swap which is what these government buy backs look like they would need.
Make smart choices everyone, and EuroOptic, keep going down on that price.

I know right, that's like the worst possible sighting system. Not even any hint of a ballistic drop system.

Absolutely terrible deal. Been watching the price go down, and down and down because they think there's a run on POS sights too lol. With half life of tritium in mind and no mount this isn't worth it till around the $300 mark and still wouldn't buy. Goes right along with euros other "deals"/ripoffs.

It's refreshing to see prices going down on something, even if it is old crap that's been abused by Joe. Still wouldn't even think about these unless they were sub-$300, and even then I'd probably have buyer's remorse.

How do you people really feel?

2/8/20 - price finally lowered from $616 to $599.99. I still hold that this would only be an okay buy at mid 300's. Let's see how long it takes before they either get it that low (comparable to other new prisms optics in the market). We'll let the market decide what price people are willing to pay for these beat up items.

Nope, still absolute pieces of over priced goverment "garbage" that Eurooptic went dumpster diving to retrieve and resell to any uneducated mall ninja who thinks this is a good deal and cant wait to add to their "call of duty" set up..... Anyone with the slightest amount of a brain and education (or the ability to get educated) would NEVER buy these pieces of literal goverment throw aways.

Not just the aesthetics, but how old? Half-life is about 12 years and it’s has to be over $200 to have recharged

Not necessarily. This is what things look like about ten seconds after they're issued to a 19 year Private who drives a '98 Kia with $5000 rims that he's financing at a low low 28% APR.

Use, and abuse...two different things my friend. There's a reason that Uncle Sam surplused these.

Maybe if it was $350 I’d buy one. Those are way to beat up and add on a mount for $100+ then your only $100-200 less than a new one

Not worth getting after some boot ass pfc treated it like it like shit.

By the time you pay to replace the burned out tritium and buy the mount this is no longer a deal.

Government buyback hah. I bet Eurooptic bought these for pennies on the dollar so they only have to sell a couple of these to make the gamble worth it.

I understand ACOG’s are very good optics, but these look so abused and trashed it doesn’t really make sense why you would buy these when you can buy a comparable optic for around the same price that is brand new
