Do I insert or swipe? RFID chip or strip? Debit or credit? So many questions.
If you miss on your first shot, "that's your ass Mr. Postman"
Seriously Aaron is an awesome guy just thinking outside the box a little. Nobody expects this to be as effective as an lcp, but it fits in the tiny watch pocket of your jeans. You will literally always have this gun with you. Sure, I appendix a pps when I carry, or an lcp in summer at the beach, but I am always slightly annoyed at carrying. 300 bucks for something you'll always have on you like a pocket knife that can kill a squirrel for dinner or throw a stinger or federal shotshell in someone's face if needed. Support new startups actually creating cool things and they'll make cooler things later.
It’s not for me and seems to be the answer to a question no one asked. But I do like the outside the box thinking and appreciate the effort that goes into something like this. It may go nowhere but pushing boundaries like this does help the 2nd in the long run imo. And just because it does not work for me doesn’t mean other people won’t see a use for it.
Is this the one that shoots the APFSDS-T?
These are the types of guns that end up years down the road being worth 10x what they were when they were new because people were too "tier 1" for them and didn't buy them.
I still want a zip 22 but by the time found out about them, production was down prices were up a bit. I know it's "less than reliable" i still want one. Whats the web site for the broker of gun? Im off to look again. Ill google for it.
Yeah right.
People don't buy shit like this because it is stupid. The company will go out of business and no one will care.
$50 and I’d buy one , just need to have cci stingers and be within 10 feet for it to be effective
This Is a novelty no one would actually consider carrying this right ?
If they make this in 45/70 I'm in for one..
why is it stupid and unsafe? why should they be ashamed lol. they are taking modern technology and trying to create a smaller more concealable way of carrying a firearm. more of a proof of concept, i think its pretty fucking cool and a cool toy at best. but i believe having any firearm you are better off self defense wise than most people you are surrounded by,.
If (and that's a big *IF*) your only choices were this gun or no gun then I guess you would be marginally better off armed than not. Luckily, I can't think of any situation where it's legal to carry a concealed weapon that you couldn't suffer with carrying a few more ounces of real gun in a true defensive caliber like .380 or 9mm to protect your life with. There are too many fine sub-compact weapons on the market to bet your life on a single shot .22 credit card. Don't you love yourself and your family more than that?
Sure, buy it as a toy if you have the money, but don't start thinking it's even a decent carry option. And don't start thinking it's a spy gun and get yourself in trouble carrying it illegally. If I felt strongly enough about my need to carry a weapon where it was prohibited, I don't think this gun would be my tool of choice. I think there is a real likelihood of this gun inspiring some to carry it where it's illegal to do so and, if caught, potentially losing their 2A privileges.
Not to mention, it isn't heavy enough to do any real damage when you throw it at an attacker after the first shot, lol.
i might buy one i think i have 300 dollars to spend on a toy.
You would be even better off with a Emerson knife with a Wave Opener.
Just get a NAA Mini Revolver if you need something microscopic.
Ninja stars might be a better option. Seriously, buy a knife and mace instead.
What kinda neck beard douche knuckle would spend $300 on this single shot 22? You can get lots of actual, functional handguns for that price. You can get a Kahr in any of the popular and EFFECTIVE calibers for less than this
"life card" more like "end of life card"...a single .22 round to defend yourself with, really? Of wait of course I can shoot em right in the eye!! SMH. Absolutely stupid and unsafe. This company should be ashamed and embarrassed for considering this self defense...
60 round belt fed "Bracelet" model coming soon
I think a $50-75 knife like the SOG Trident or a Gerber 06 it anything similar would be just as effective. Gotta have that up close and personal contact anyway sooooo.
Guy in the pictures needs to cut his nasty nails, I want one anyway.
Wow... That's a pricy way to get yourself killed in a gunfight.
Jesus, this is something you bring to the poker table that springs out from one of your sleeves when you get caught cheating right. Hahaha
