Not to my knowledge. I know Ruger’s Blackhawk comes with interchangeable cylinders for this purpose. I believe the S&W governors can shoot .410 45LC and 45acp
I have to keep reminding myself I don't need another 1873 revolver
I bought this on sale, very nice, most important thing to know beforehand is that the matte finish is parkerized not blued. Has brass parts are faux weathered, I shined mine up with paste and a Dremel. 45 Colt is a hoot out of this gun, first shot with a real 45 Colt load will surprise you if all you know are Glocks.
