TR Imports has teamed up with one of the finest Turkish gun makers, Sarsilmaz, to import firearms that might not otherwise become available on the US market. The SR38 is a single action/double action revolver that exhibits excellent design and craftsmanship. It features a 4" barrel and has adjustable rear sights. The ergonomic synthetic grip has finger grooves. The revolver has a drop safety and a hammer block.

Got it today. Was $337 total. Looks good. Not fancy but well built. Will shoot tomorrow!
Not bad looking. But to say it is as good, if not better than say my 686, I call BS. It's got a similar look to the soon to be replaced hogue grips. Everyone just loosen up your panty strings and take a deep breath. Ahh...merica! Oh, and fuck CTD.

I don't really care who is selling it. It looks like a hell of a nice piece for a very good price. Hard to find info. But everyone else that does sell is out of stock and over $400... From the limited reviews I can find. It's as good or better than a $600+ s&w, Ruger etc... So. I didn't hesitate to order one... It shoots a wide variety of ammo and has an OUTSTANDING trigger according to some media reviews. It would be nice if it comes with the hard case that everyone else sells it with. But that is not in the listing. Maybe I will be surprised.
This revolver from Sar was introduced in 2013 so its about time someone started selling it. I really wish it wasn't CTD, though. Looks like a S&W 586 clone.
Per the TR Imports site this is a 40.7 ounce gun. That's beefy!
Never got a firearm here, but ammo and AK/Glock/AR parts. Shipping can be high for me but shop around sometimes I go with CTD. Every couple months I get a $10 off $20 coupon or similar thru email. Many people are still angry from a few years ago this company price gouged and didn't deliver on sales. For me it's an option as a retailer.
What a shitty company here I'm glad to not make a business with. Overpriced and terrible service. Never again in my lifetime.
You should call TR Imports. Their website needs work and the shipping calculator is screwed up. They also list full retail on their site because they are a distributor and don't list prices that undercut their dealers. However, if you go the the EAA site you will see their firearms are also listed at full retail and they ARE a shitty outfit.
This revolver is selling online for over $600 dollars so If you have knowledge of a better deal please share.
Call TRI and talk to Chuck or Austin. These are solid. stand up, non gouging folks who are great to talk and deal with. Obviously you have not actually dealt with TR Imports.

I see nothing wrong given I make orders and get my merchandise at very good prices. The SARS mags are half of what EAA was charging for them. Like I said give them a call. You might find out they put their pants on the same way you do. ...or don't ...doesn't matter to me.

This is an awesome little shooter. Adj Sights off a bit but groups are tightest of my pistols. I shoot it better than my Blackhawk with special. Best trigger I have ever used. Very tight. The trigger is going to make this my favorite pistol!! It's even better than my hi-point :p
