I have 5 of these and they run circles around my rugers which I hate to admit. Everyone has been sub moa with crap ammo at distances up to 300 yards. For the price these are gems buy one while you can at this price, or 5

I agree with this. I got one in .308 just because it was too good of a deal to pass up when there was a $75 rebate. I was pleasantly surprised, it shoots well with steel and surplus brass ammo. Bought it from Kentucky Gun Co as well. Great experience all around.

Bought .308 Venture Predator by Thompson and it shoots sub-MOA. Bought .300 Win Mag and if it was under 3" at 100yds it was luck. Unfortunately these rifles appear hit or miss. They do have a MOA guarantee, and you may wind up having to use it. After my .300 Win Mag experience I wouldn't take their rifle for free. YMMV.

I own one in .270 and it shot sub 1" groups right out of the box without compensator on it.and cheap Winchester ammo. U can't find a better shooting more accurate rifle than this.at the price of a decent air rifle.

I got one in .223/5.56. My only complaint is that they bolt has more slop that I would like when it's pulled back. If you just push straight forward it will get cockeyed and jam, but it's not hard to apply a bit of leftward pressure and it moves just fiend.

Got one in .300 win mag. I bought the day after the rebate started. I can't find ammo that I can shoot MOA with. Realistically mine is a 1.5 moa rifle which is fine for what I wanted. Rebate took collection to 4 months to get paid. But I still got it.

I just checked, and kygunco.com has both the 300Win and the 30-06 in stock at the same price, $272.83= $197.83 w/rebate, and free shipping. Plus, they have waived their 3% credit card fee. You could not buy a 300 Win for that price 50 years ago.

This is a solid budget centerfire rifle, offered by a excellent dealer at a great price. Three years ago I bought a T/C Venture in 308 for around $225 w/rebate, it quickly became my favorite hunting rifle due to its sub MOA groups, excellent trigger, and overall quality. Last summer when I saw that T/C had added 6.5 Creedmoor to their Compass calibers, I started shopping for one, but delayed buying until the Labor Day adds came out. On 9/2, I backordered one from KyGunCo. They shipped it on 9/5,and I picked it up from my FFL on 9/7. My total cost w/$10 transfer was under $205. Hell, that's less than I would pay for a cheap .22 bolt action at the local Cabela's. My rifle has the best factory trigger I've ever seen, groups hover right at 1", and it feels very good. Most shooters should be happy with whatever caliber they might choose.
