If I remember correctly my experiences were worse Glock, sold my multiple Taurus a little while back and haven’t bought another.

I have had a Raging Judge Magnum sitting in their service department for over 3 months and they still haven't touched it yet. Get the same response from customer service that it is in the repair process....

Thats sucks to hear. Things mustve changed at Taurus compared to in the 00's. I was a dealer and had to send a few Taurus's back as I've had to do with most manufacturer's. Sure they would take a few months but most the big manufacturer's take that long. Try sending a Colt back or H&K and see how long it takes and how well you are treated. Just Watch they very likely will send you a new gun. At least they use too anyways.

You think the trigger pull is bad??? Be glad you haven't had to experience their customer service... Ruger C/S is top notch, not sure about Chiappa.

I know it's a given knowing Taurus, but HOLY HELL is there double action bad on these. I thought the interchangeable cylinders was a novel idea and I actually liked the look of the stainless model, but I tried out both finishes at a LGS and I instantly dropped any want towards one. The DA is beyond heavy with some serious staging and lots of crust.

I'll stick with my GP100 and Chiappa.
