The Tactical Spork, which is made from food and water approved Grilamid, is equipped with a fork/spoon combo and has a serrated knife hidden in the handle. The knife is accessed by pulling the spork in opposite directions from each extreme end. Hint--avoid gripping the flat panel area in the middle of the Spork--this is actually part of it's lock. The tighter you hold here, the more difficult it will be for you to pull out the knife. The Tactical Spork is 6.875" overall and has a blade length of 2.5". It weights 0.1 Pounds. Made in the USA.

I got a couple of these for camping, but they’re about 20% too small to be useful. Could be used in a pinch, but probably better off getting a bigger spork made of aluminum for backpacking and using a real pocket knife.

No...but it does take Hi-Point clips and holds a dozen 9mm shells. Also had (2) USB 1.5 ports.

Does this work better on a rifle or pistol mount? Will it scoop someone’s eye out? Can I get this in robin’s egg blue?

Make sure you put a rubber on it otherwise you can wind up with a baby spork to take care.

Yeah, but can I mount it to a pic rail?

You don’t need a metal insert. Just use the plastic end of the Bic lighter you took off a zombie to open your beer in a survival situation.

Sadly, this spork is made out of the same plastic they call Grilamid. Ka-Bar should stick to making what they know, and get out of the spork and bottle opener business, as they suck at it.

Had Ka-Bar engineers not been hung over or asleep when they designed it, and didnt realize that a bottle opener needs a metal insert for strength where the sharp bottle cap meets the bottle opener.

It's not made to last, and this spork is made out of that same plastic. I live on the Gulf Coast of Mexico and being ready for Hurricanes is important.

Last year when the lights went out for days with Irma, I pulled out my Sams Club heavy duty 360 piece plastic Cutlery set for $10.98, which breaks down to .03 cents a piece.

If your a camper or hiker, they sell a 200 piece pack with a knife fork and spoon all in a sealed 3 pack plastic wrap for about the same price.

My great grandaddy once told me, you are what you eat with, so if you want to be a spork, so be it. :)

I think you meant "...$0.03 a piece." or "...3 cents a piece." For it to be .03 cents a piece, Sam's would have to be selling that 360 piece kit [I presume 120 ea of forks, spoons & knives? Really s/b 200 spoons, 100 forks & 60 knives, for relative need, but I digress] for $1.10... ;-)

Never know when your gunna need to spork someone for protection.

You really don't want this version. You need the version that has a separate fork and spoon. Tactical spooning can lead to tactical forking.

I'm hoping someone comes out with a tactical floor mat, or tactical keyring, or even a tactical doorknob.

Finally, the spork needs a picatinny rail.

This electrician tried to use his tactical doorknob to electrocute his pregnant wife just last week.
