I received my case today. Two of the four latches were loose in the box. I figured, no problem, just attach them. They are defective and won't stay on no matter what you do. Returning tomorrow.

For $30 it's a decent case, but don't kid yourself into thinking it's a $60 air-travel case on sale. Over time, large gaps in the fit will quickly start to show up, enough that you can stick a finger through them into the case and potentially even touch parts of the gun (the FAA rule for acceptance of a hard-case).

It does fit a 20" rifle perfectly, and the included velcro straps and the sockets you can make with the plastic inserts are handy - take the time to install them, and you'll have a pretty decent $30 range-case that does a better job protecting your kit than a soft-case will.

I have the same case that doesn't have the "Flambeau" logo in the middle...must be a knock off? I don't know - anyway it's barely fit for traveling long guns to the range. Would not survive a flight.

I have two Gander Mountain cases which made by Flambeau. Those cost me like $55 per each. What is selling on the Amazon is the same quality as what I got from Gander Mountain, I was hoping that I can get two more. However, only one case per person .

You have seen these here before but post was for Walmart. I have 2 of these and I like them very much. They come with foam cut out so you can insert the provided magazine insert and mounting velcro strap to keep it from shifting. You can do what I did and only insert the magazine cut outs in only one of the cases and leave the other intact for you fit 2 rifles in one case.
