Appreciate this feedback and appreciate you being a customer of ours! We did go through some growing pains and there is no hiding that in the past. We do have a much larger customer service team now. Also, due to COVID, Riots and Protests orders have exponentially increased which is taking longer for them to get out. We understand we aren't always able to reply in the quickest amount of time to our customers, but we are doing our very best and will help all our customers.
The gap between the receiver and the adapter is not a good look, but I don't think they had a choice. Looks like the way the Law Tactical adapter mounts flush using the threaded flange is patented.
Does anyone know if this is a Gen 2 version or Gen 1? Their Gen 1 had a problem where some people saw it break at the pivot point. The Gen 2 is fixed.
If anyone has reservations over the durability then checkout the stress test video on youtube that Classic Firearms did. It held up really well.
