There is no excuse for them. I had 2 Springfield rebates where they actually had to send mags and a holster to you. That should take longer than just cutting a check. It only took 1-1.5 months and the mags were at my house. It seems that half the people on here are bitching about not receiving a rebate or them calling and S&W knows nothing about where the rebate is. I almost went with S&W because of the rebate, but glad I bought 2 Taurus PT111G2's. I hate getting screwed on rebates. Hope you guys get it one of these days!
They sent me a letter stating backlog from the Shield rebates. Made good 4 months after submittal.
Correction: It's been 1.5 Months. I called them and talked to a real person and she couldn't find it either. Too much drama with S&W if you ask me.
I've cashed in on rebates from Bush Nell and Walter, no problem. Smith and Wesson is giving me fits. Everything was submitted electronically. It's been almost 2 month. I think they may have lost it.
