I nearly cried because I just picked up a M&P 9mm 2.0 for 349.00 with rebate when I saw this. But quickly realized this is NOT a 2.0 (which they do offer for 399.99 for non member 379.99 for members)

I don't know why people keep posting ads for this store?
If you do not buy their membership the prices are not a deal. Once you add the cost of the membership, the prices are not a deal.

I've owned all of these polymer pistols and to date this one (1.0) with an Apex forward set sear trigger and RMR is the best plastic range gun I have come across. IMO better looking than the 2.0 without the marketing gimmicks.

Please define "marketing gimmicks"?

Agreed. I have the pro core with the apex flat face trigger. Best pistol set up I own.

This is not the newer model 2.0.

One of the best striker fired guns ever produced.

Buy the Apex kit for M&P that will improve trigger and most springs to turn the M&P into a great gun (trigger wise) at a cost of $130 to $170 but those who have done it swear by it.

Second that. Tossed in the kit and it's now my favorite shooter.

As my first time buying from HPGS, I can say it went without any problems. Well actually 1 problem. Dang weekend got in my way. If I had only ordered earlier in the week. Ordered on a Wednesday night and package was sitting at my FLL Monday afternoon. I thought it was a great deal so I jump on it. Turns out my M&P has a test fire date of a little over a month ago.

My past experience with these guys has been they're kind of shady to deal with anyway. Look elsewhere. Botach has this exact same model (w/3 mags and night sights) for $399 +25 shipping.

Sorry sir, but I have never been shady to anyone. I only operate honestly and open with every single action that I take. Additionally, all of the reviews on our website are unedited and all are approved regardless if they are 1 or 5 stars, and they have been nothing less than that of satisfied customers. If you have felt that way, you're going to have to provide me a specific name and order number, and please provide some feedback as to why you have this perception and I will personally, as the owner, address it. If you don't have this...go troll somewhere else instead of trying to tarnish a reputation. [email protected] is where you can send your feedback if you would like it addressed.

Edit - As far as Botach goes...we price match for in stock items when possible.

Lastly - I'm going to go ahead and point out here that your user name has been registered with gun.deals for 1 hour and 7 mins at the time of this edit. I honestly do not appreciate trolls that try to resort to this sort of tactic. I stand behind everything that I sell, and I will always do my best to go above and beyond to take care of our customers. Even though I run an online e-commerce platform, I want my customers to be treated just as if they had walked through the door of my retail location. This is how we operate.

are you on something? Botach is the definition of shady business practices. They have a documented history of selling counterfiet goods.

It's a decent deal, but the price has increased and they charge cc fees and shipping insurance. So add on an additional $20. $435 shipped would be a good deal, but at $450 I'll have to shop around some more and wait for a better deal

So I suggest to pay with a check or money order to avoid the 2.5% non cash discount fee. Also, these have an additional 3rd magazine and factory night sights. Factoring apples to apples, even at $5 higher than before, it is still $120 cheaper than anywhere else. And, as we continue to sell more and reduce our inventory levels, the price will continue to rise because we won't be able to acquire more at the price we paid for this shipment...so, if you're considering this deal, I recommend that you do not delay because after 24 more of them sell, the price is going up again.

A good price as is but the rebate is only for military and not "LE" as in law enforcement. Still a decent deal with the free shipping and night sights.

$398 before shipping

DISCLAIMER: Their Mil./Leo discount program isn't defined clearly, but I think the $398 is the price before any such discounts are applied.

I got one of the newly manufactured ones of these in May. They have upgraded/fixed the trigger on these and there is now a much more definite reset on the trigger very similar to the shield's. I let my FFL dealer try out the new trigger and he bought one himself the next day.

I don't know where these prices are coming from, but on 3 pistols I've checked the price is much higher when you go to the website? Is there a coupon code to get these prices? Someone needs to fix this.

I thought everyone just switched that trigger out anyways? M&P's are solid.. Golden w a new trigger

RECALL

recall is fro the shield from what I understand BUT I would defiantly keeps it in mind since the two are simaler.

There is no recall. It is an advisory to check the trigger safety. SW has not issued a recall.

Exactly.
That bulletin/advisory applied to ONLY the M&P Shield and even at that it only affected very few units from what I've been reading/hearing.
The M&P Shield (as well as the full size models of course) is an AMAZING pistol, I would NOT let this recent advisory keep me from getting one, it really is THAT good.
