No, this Stoeger Model 3000 is inertia driven. The Benelli M4 and clones are gas piston operated.

Can confirm this does come with rear sight, top rail and extended/round charging handle. This shotgun is real fun to shoot and holds 7+1 which is fantastic, or 9 in total if you ghost load. I've fired 00 buck, high powered bird and target shot out of it and it cycles perfectly.
What's the lightest load you could cycle with it? Wondering about getting back into 3-gun again and getting a cheap autoloader.
Monarch 2 3/4 1350 fps 1oz 7 1/2.
There's a video online showing federal 8 size target 1200fps cycling, but not locking bolt back on empty.
Mine came with the rear sight, top rail and extended charging handle. Great shotgun.
