It looks like it was coated with truck-bed liner.. I wonder what the actual metal under the coating looks like. Hopefully not rusted out. That looks like a red flag to me.

You don't have to have an FFL to own this. It just has to be purchased through one. Your dealer handles the paperwork while you wait on you $200 stamp to come back. Usually 8 to 12 months. A citizen can own a machine gun, but you have to wait and pay LARGE.
