Steiner Optics' versatile and powerful Mk7 Battle Light LED Weaponlight is the ideal compact illumination companion for your firearm. While the light fits comfortably in the hand, it comes with a Picatinny/Weaver rail mount and an end cap for Remington 870/1100/1187 shotguns. The cap attaches directly into the magazine tube and replaces the factory spring cap. Sporting two outputs from a low utilitarian 10 to a high 350 lumens, its Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens is factory-focused to produce a smooth 10° beam without holes or hot spots that has been optimized for maximum throw.

To cut weight and reduce user fatigue the light is made of a lightweight aluminum alloy and weighs in at just 4.1 oz. Designed for durability, the housing features a corrosion and scratch-resistant anodized finish, is O-ring sealed to make it waterproof and submersible to 9.8', and its broad operating temperature enables its use in most weather and conditions.

Remington and Mossberg both out of stock already. Typical Botach bait and switch ad. They advertise great prices but rarely have the item in stock. Sad

For anybody that has this light, how the fuck are you supposed to reach the button other than just turning the flashlight on and then shouldering your shotgun and leaving it on

I just installed mine and it fit great and the quality is really good. The light is surprisingly bright

Got mine a few days ago. Not impressed...Steiner or not.

Submersible to 9.8’, because I shoot my guns while snorkeling at the beach. No strobe = not for home defense.

Strobe works both ways. It is just less intense for one party.

I'm suspicious of these being the real deal...this company is known for buying China crap and also rebranding items to their house name....I see alot of Chinese knockoffs....although this is the first I've seen branded as authentic? Still leary

Uh ok. Thanks for sharing.

Good thing you did your research first...

Not sure what you mean. Botach doesn't have "house name" stuff that I am aware of. They just sell other people's stuff. I searched for "Botach" products on their site and all I found were gift certificates and cleaning mats.

Mine is the real deal. You will know it as soon as you get it. Never seen a counterfeit Steiner flashlight.

For what Mossbergs the #9076 fits, check out Steiner's FAQs...

It says picatinny mount included: this may be a silly question, but I don't see it in the pics. It definitely comes with that? I'd like to mount it on my AR.

Also, any idea which mount could be used on a Maverick 88 shotgun?

According to the stuff I read the 88 and 500 magazine caps remove the same way. That leads me to believe that they are compatible.

I also have an 88, albeit one from 20+ years ago. Solid shotgun.

According to Steiner:

"Steiner eOptics 1

We spoke with Mossberg Customer Service, and they said the magazine tubes have the same threads on them. Therefore, this should fit the Maverick 88. We have not tested it, so we can't guarantee it will work. Let us know if you do, and if you have any problems. "

Smoking deal. The Benelli M4 version is like $180 everywhere else.

Scooped one up immediately. Will go nice with my Scalarworks Sync and RMR.

If you want to install this light on a Mossberg 500, it takes a different adapter. They can be ordered from Steiner (Part #9171), and I've also seen them on eBay. Adapters #9172 and #9173 also available for Beretta models. They all run about $35. Optics Planet also has them. Note that this light (even with the adapter) will NOT fit the Mossberg 500 with a breacher barrel. These lights were originally about $200-$220, but if you don't have a Remington you can cobble together a workable set for the other shotguns for about $100.

Just select it from the drop down. They have more than 1 version. They have one for the 500/590.

I just ordered the one for the Benelli M4.
