I'd buy 2 more at this price if it weren't being sold by Classic Con! If spotted someplace else, please post.

Jgsales.com also has them for $180 in good condition. The shipping cost is cheaper too.

My very good condition from j&g sales only cycles 124 grain ammunition, anything less fails to eject and cycle almost every time. Just a heads up.

I had great luck with J&G sales that I bought another one. The second one wasn't that great but I can tell you if you have an issue or concern about function due to rust or wear like I did, Mike made everything right. To me that's good customer service. These are great shooters for the money.

My select really does not appear to be a select at all. Do not pay the extra for a select..... significant blueing wear.

I bought one from guns midwest at 179 plus 20 shipping, finish was only around 70%. Function was perfect. Bought a second through gun broker. Cost was 150 plus 35 shipping. Appeared to be in unfired condition. Very nice. So the moral of the story is that you pay what you pay and you get what you get.. Surplus stuff is unpredictable no matter who the seller is. Both guns were rated as good. Obviously both were rated wrong. These will go up eventually as they only manufactured 217,000 +. Personally I love shooting mine as they are reminiscent of a browning high power. I cold blued the first one and it came out ok... The second probably will never be fired. All steel baaaaybeeey!
I've done extensive research on youtube in regards to this model... One video stated that all G rated guns shipped with two mags. If that is true then obviously the resellers are taking one mag out of box and selling them individually as prices range from 40 dollars on up. I did buy some triple K mags. They work ok but do not drop free. Paid 30 dollars per mag.
In my opinion all steel guns rock. For 200 dollars + - you can't go wrong. Pick up a extra one if your worried about parts. This gun at that price is a win win as far as I'm concerned.

At least they are honest, unfortunately raised the price and admittedly have only turds for sale. Why?

THOUGH THESE SHOW IN STOCK WE ARE HESITANT TO SELL THEM ONLINE DUE TO THE EXPECTATION OF "GOOD" QUALITY ON THE STANDARD FIREARM RATING SCALE. THESE ARE NOT IN ANY OF THE FIREARM CONDITIONS ABOVE "GOOD" WHICH IN FACT ONLY HAS TWO CONDITIONS BELOW IT (SEE BELOW). THEY WILL SHOW SIGNIFICANT WEAR DUE TO AGE AND USE. PLEASE PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK AS WE CAN NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS OR SELECT YOU ONE THAT HAS BEEN MISS CLASSIFIED AND SHOULD BE ABOVE GOOD CONDITION.

ALL SALES ABSOLUTELY FINAL

Better check on magazines before you buy one of these. A couple of min looking and i cant find any under $45. You would be better off spending more on a pistol that has cheaper magazines if you are going to do any training with it. I cant imagine being able to find any parts for this, or holsters, etc.

Unfortunately I must agree with those who suggest looking elsewhere; in my experience Classic is a total crap shoot when it comes to surplus gun condition. Also, understand that with a Star firearm, you're buying into a long-discontinued gun from a defunct manufacturer. Spare parts and even magazines are hard to find and expensive in the U.S. Nothing wrong if that's what you want--I like my B Super 9mm--just know what to expect.

I've had one of these in .45 ACP for about 12 years and it's a descent quality gun. Mine came in a newer 98% finish, but this offering is good if you're looking for a nice inexpensive option for a kids first semi auto or for something that your're not worried about using in a high wear and tear environment. The only thing I don't like about them is the lack of a beaver tail. I hate shooting it in .45 but don't suspect it will be much of a problem in 9mm. Just strip and clean it first and it should serve you better that a new gun of similar price.

Does this have one or 2 magazines?

I have 2 of these. Great plinkers! I found them at a gun show for 190 each and was able to pick them out of a lot of 10. Mags are usually $25. My advice is if ya get one, strip um’ completely down, clean, and lube. I haven’t had much for hiccups after that

Buy someplace else! They've been selling these for over a year. I bought 3 of these from them last year for $225ea plus shipping. Very disappointed with condition on all 3. Rust, pitting and a lot of bluing was gone. Still a nice gun if you don't mind it looking like a battle pick up or if you want to refinish. Plus, you will be hard pressed to find extra mags for under $25. I also bought 2 Beretta 92s with the 3 stars; Same thing minus rust. Really rough. First and last purchase. I haven't bought anything from Classic since!

Gunbroker all day, paid 195 shipped recently and condition was decent, no rust or pitting but usually there is a lot of pics of actual item to be received

Unfortunately, you may have to go with them. I was going to suggest Centerfire, as they had them for $199 shipped for months, but checked and they are sold out. You might get lucky, Classic Con might have sold all the beat up ones as handpicks and have nice ones left over? Maybe Benocchio found a crate he's never opened with excellent grades.

All kidding aside, while I hate Classic Con, I don't think you could go wrong at $180 plus their outrageous $25 shipping. Better to get one than regret it later. If they have mags I would suggest getting 1 or 2 added while they are still around. Curious to hear what it looks like when you get it? I'll email you pictures of mine if you PM me with your email. Best of luck!

If only shipping wasn't 20+ dollars, I'd probably buy 2 or 3 of these.
Bring in free shipping and the sales would skyrocket on so much of your stuff. I have literally never purchased from y'all on that pretense alone. I find the same price with free shipping at 1 other online shop, and purchase from them instead.
