Don't have this exact model, but it's doubtful. Even though they look alike, Stars don't seem to have any parts in common with 1911's. I can tell you my Super B mags are thinner than 1911 mags, but from what I've read Super B and BM mags aren't the same. You'd probably have to hunt down original Stars or repro's.

These used to be sought after guns, I believe they were made on the original Colt dies and equiptment they sold Taurus. Taurus guns were manufactured in Brazil back then.
Star made some nice pistols--the workmanship is surprisingly good--but be aware what you're getting into with these used ones. Spare parts are getting hard to find. My Super B firing pin broke and I had to settle for a 3rd-party reproduction part.
