My opinion a ‘’’Safe’’’ starts at about $2,500 - how come the description doesn’t mention the wall thickness, if it has Steel Plate, “fire resistant” exactly what does this term mean, does it mean if you have papers in the safe they will not be compromised, or wood on firearms will be untouched? For the price can’t complain, just realize it’s capabilities..

You are correct, it's not a "high end" safe, but for some people who have limitations in their dwelling it sure beats a cabinet. Weighs in at 419lbs with 20.75"L x 23.39"W x 55"H dimensions, so it isn't a total lightweight...

This is indeed my current situation. It is perfect for the little space I have. I got one over the weekend. It is ok for what it is and for the reduced price I paid was good enough for me. Got it for under $250 based on minor damages because they said it was a display unit. If it holds my stuff and the door locks I' good.
