Stack-On 24 Gun Fire Resistant Security Safe with Electronic Lock FS-24-MB-E Matte Black
Any gun safe is just a deterrent. Not too many safes I couldn't break into in about 5 minutes with a drill, hole punch and hammer. Or my angle grinder. I am happy with my stackon as it keeps my guns organize, scratch free and in a climate controlled environment.
Just have the owner open it for you. You are already breaking the law. They can't kill you twice.
A 6 year old what? It wouldn't stop a 6 year old tank.

It may be a deal I guess, haven't compared prices, but I don't consider $500 for a Stack-On 24-gun safe to be that great.
I got a 40-gun Stack-On Woodland safe from Home Depot on sale for like $600 with free curbside delivery.
This may be a deal, but check around before committing. Check Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Costco, etc.
Also, keep in mind a "24 gun safe" will only realistically hold about 12 long rifles, or less. I have 8 in my 40-gun safe, which is partitioned in half. It takes up a complete half side. Of course, scopes, and the fixed shellholder on the Mossberg 500 stock don't help conserve space at all.
The safe this deal is linked to is for a 24-gun model, not the 40-gun model.
That's a lot of money for some thin sheet metal with sheetrock in it.
Picked mine up at menards for $450 with $100 rebate.. not a deal
