Description

Springfield® XD-S® 3.3" Single Stack 9mm Semi-automatic Handgun. A sub-compact Pistol that's comfortable to carry AND fun to shoot? Believe it.
With the XD-S, all the premium features and power that made the XD® and XD(M)® so successful are here-in a shockingly slim Pistol that packs so easily you'll forget it's there. Just received my free Springfield gear in the mail today! It arrived exactly 10 days after I entered my info on their site. Between the deal on this gun and the free offer from Springfield, this is a NO brainer!

This is an awesome deal with the promo of 4 free magazines! Sportsman's Guide is legit, never had any issues with all of my transaction s with them. They shipped my XDS9 using 2 day delivery via FedEx the next day after I purchased it.

I too have used the flex pay 3 or 4 times also without issues. They take all the shipping charges out with the first payment but no problem with that

This is a real nice price on a gun I really want to like. I had a .45 version but had all sorts of issues with light primer strikes and failure to return to battery; definitily wouldn't trust mine to carry. Just google "XDs light primer strikes" and read all the issues these guns have been having in 9mm and .45 ACP. Sent mine back to Springfield multiple times and they denied their was a problem so just beware this is an ongoing issue. That being said, lots of folks seem to have good luck with them and claim flawless function. 5 stars on the deal though for sure.

I had the same problem with mine that I bought a couple years ago. After doing some research online, I took it apart and cleaned the striker, as it had lube/grease all over it, and it is supposed to be completely dry. Once I cleaned it off, I never had a failure again. It does seem pretty crazy that Springfield would allow something as petty as this to happen, especially on a firearm that people would use for potentially save their life, not just a hobby range gun.

They (Springfield) will say up and down that this issue is non existent, even though it's pretty well documented by owners. I tried everything to get mine to run right, but it just wouldn't. That's the last thing you want is a finicky carry piece.

The $358.19 is for buyers club members only?

GunBuyer has them for $369 shipped. No club needed.

I don't see anything on the site referring to the promotion in the title about the extra mags, holster, etc. Am I missing something?

Check out the rebate that is on the "deal info" page that is the clickable tab right next to "comments" tab where you just wrote this. It has a mail in rebate for this specific gun if purchased from Feb 1st to June 30th 2017. Seeing I purchased this RIGHT on the 1st, I get this deal too, so I am stoked about that!

Despite what others say about Sportsman's Guide I've had nothing but good luck with them in their pay 4 system and answer your question kind of or at least for me pushing my luck with their pay 4system. I've had up to five different orders at one time to pay for back when the media said killary and everybody thought she was going to be our next president. Ending scary-looking rifle purchases as we know it.

I figured this would be the last time I could purchase whatever Firearms I wanted to and prices would Skyrocket and go ape shit. Sportsman's Guide lets you stretch out l the payments using the pay 4 system. My credit was average only around 680 and this is what Sportsman's Guide did for me. I had an iwi Tavor a Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum a Pap AK-47 a 10-pack of Anderson AR lower receivers and to top it off a DPMS 308 Oracle all ordered on different tickets with their Flex for pay all purchased within a 30 period a month before the November election.
thousands of dollars in firearms before they told me I had to pay off some of my Flex 4 pay before I could order anymore obviously after the election I'm all paid off now and out of room in my safe but couldn't be happier with Sportsman's Guide customer service most guns are shipped out second day air to my FFL I live in Florida and everything's been superb quality even after I paid off all these Firearms I got their second hand Glock 22 refurbished for only $350 shipped and it came out of the box looking brand new again I say go for it I clicked on this add and saw your comment because I just as well purchase the Springfield XD-S 9 millimeter and have been a Glock Fanboy my entire life and the Springfield compared to the Glock 26 or 43 is a no-brainer I firmly believe you get more gun for less money and despite what the reviews on YouTube say my trigger is not that bad it's my new favorite concealed carry. I love Sportsman's Guide and you can't go wrong with the XDS hope this little story / review helps you I say go for it.

PS have shown my gun too many my co-workers and I already have them talked into buying The Sportsman's Guide XD-S 9 millimeter and my own father wants one in .45

I agree with everything you said about SG. Nothing but great experiences with them. Have been a member for 2 years and will be re-upping this month.

VERY informative post and I want to thank you for taking the time to let me know your experiences with SG. I actually took the plunge and ordered the Springfield last night, and it ALREADY shipped via 2-day air TODAY! I really can't believe that they already shipped it out, and I had them ship it to an FFL that was not even in their system, so that should tell ya just how fast they worked for my order... So, all in all, I am extremely happy that I took a chance with them and I am sure I will be happy when I get my new gun on Monday of next week! I mean, how on earth did they end up shipping the gun before my ammo! WOW :) Thanks again!

Been seeing this listed on Sportsman's for the last couple weeks, and I finally "pulled the trigger" on it! I decided to grab 1000 rounds of Magtech 9mm as well, and I used the 4-pay for the first time. Has anyone had any issues with Sportsman's Guide 4-pay plan? Just curious if I have to have a credit check or do they just approve anyone...? Thanks!

I've done it a few times for guns and once for ammo (stocked up, just in case, before the election) Never a problem and never a credit check , though in my case it is always by credit card and charged once a month automatically.
