PSA messed up one of my orders and gave me a 10% off code. Used the code on a shockwave, then the order was canceled and code cant be reused. Btw the gun was in stock. Pretty shady

So now that Donald Trump has made it legal for the police to take your guns without due process or having committed a crime how do you plan on keeping them? 2 cops confiscated random peoples firearms out at a local shooting range in the middle of the desert and the news is not reporting on it...fake news?

This is nothing new. They've been doing this for many years.

My card was charged on 12/16, it was over 30 days before they responded and gave a refund. BUT, I’ll probably give PSA another go, overall they’ve been good to deal with. And besides, why penalize myself if they have a good deal? I just wish they’d give me a second chance on the 10% off code, lol.

Well, I have to say, after doing a LOT of business with PSA, they have failed me. Its been 2 weeks since placing the order, and the have no clue where 2 of my orders are.

I agree, it is pretty shitty for them to not honor their coupon. They typically go out of their way to make things right. I drove all the way to Columbia, about an hours drive, to pick up a special they had on their web site. When I got to the store, i found out that the stores and the website do not operate together. They guy went in the back, gave me a Cold Hammer Forged premium rifle for the same price as the deal i went to get. Needles to say, I got about a $200 discount on that rifle and it wasn't even their fault to begin with.

I’ve purchased 6 guns from PSA since Black Friday. Overall I guess they’ve been good, prices are good in what I’ve bought. But I’ve had 2 separate bad customer service experiences. First was a display model I purchased that after a month hadn’t been shipped. Couldn’t reach them by the contact form after about 5 messages. Then getting through on the phone is a nightmare. Finally I got through and was told the item was unavailable. A display model not available? So they gave me a 10% coupon for next order - that was good. I purchased another item a week or so later, and after it hadn’t shipping after several days I asked for cancellation. They did cancel no questions asked. Placed an order another week or so later and code wouldn’t work. Told me because the cancellation was at my request the code is no longer good. I had over $1,000 in guns in my cart and just couldn’t bring myself to complete the order. Maybe I’m being unreasonable, but I found it to be bad business.

Well, as far as it taking a couple days to ship, thats something you must get used to with PSA. It will normally take about a week or 2 to ship any firearm. As far as your display model, not sure what to tell you about that. If they charged your card for it, then thats one thing, but if they didn't charge your card, i don't see any reason to complain.

I'm interested in why you aren't a fan.... I've done LOTS of business with them and never had a single problem. I've bought 7 guns from them since Christmas, ammo, magazines, and a red dot sight.

Damn this is $130 cheaper than anywhere else online. Not a fan of PSA, and don’t want to give them any more business. But this is tempting.

Is there much of an accuracy difference between the xd mod 2 and xdm?

It's available 2/16/2018, but the pic is wrong. This is a .45acp pictured and not the high cap .40sw

Good catch! The first picture is wrong, although they have a full grip 45 that is on sale for $350, the second picture is for this deal. Both are great deals.
