Semi-auto lower receiver is machined from a 7075 T6 aluminum forging to mil-spec dimensions for precise fit and outstanding performance. Ruggedized hardcoat anodized finish resists scuffs, scratches, and wear. Stamped and color-coded bullet selector position markings notify operator when weapon is in “safe” or “semi-auto.” A “full-auto” position is not selectable but gives this semi-auto lower receiver the appearance of being multi-burst capable. Magazine well features Spike’s spider logo and multi-cal engraving.

Spikes is no better than PSA. Just add the h2 buffer to your PSA and your good to go. Obviously upgrade the trigger like all AR owners do. MAGA
Moral of the story, buy a PSA complete lower and a good trigger like the POF and you'll spend the same for that than the spikes. You're welcome. MAGA.
I disagree with you guys. Is it over priced , yes.. a lower is a lower right. Yes and no.. do I own PSA lowers ? Absolutely.. would I bet my life on it ? No I wouldn’t. . How much better is the spikes vs. the psa not that much. But the LPK and h buffer are better. Would I spend Would I spend $285? No but I could buy the same lower stripped for $90 bucks and build one for $199 which is what PSA sells there’s at and it would be 10x better. Just a thought.

PSA/magpul complete lower for $130 less.
Anderson/Blackhawk complete lower for $185 less.
Both are just as nice lowers but better furniture.
Lowers are 100$ or less all day, 200 for a lbk... No thanks, can get the same lower for 90, PSA ACSL kit for 140 Buffer for 30 and save about 40$. Ya PSA just a hair less quality for a couple pins... But I'll take the way better furniture and get what every to improve with the savings.

I'll admit, I'm ignorant with Spike's products, but why is this so expensive? Without the logos, the grip & buttstock are no more than $40. I don't foresee the FCG being anything over $50/// I'm confused...
Stag Arms have their lowers on sale for $150 Shipped, for the same level of quality as this Spike's. Add a LaRue MBT-2S trigger for $87 shipped, and for under $240 you end up with an excellent lower, with a great trigger.
