This is what happens when Californians continue to elect stuck on stupid representatives.

Then again, California is the home of the highly unconstitutional 'Stop and Frisk'. Followed by the California Supreme Court affirming it.

Can you imagine opening the front door of your home to get the morning paper and the LAPD roll up and frisk you, only because they can.

This isn't a complaint against LEOs as they didn't enact this policy, the politicians did. If I had to live in Ca. I'd buy a houseboat or large yacht, and moor or anchor it 12 miles from shore to side-step some of California's idiocracy.
