If I may leave a comment on the actual product, minus the rants and raves. My buddy has one of these and it does not pass "my" test for anything. As others have stated it is not of best quality, but it works. I know $7 vs $40 ish for a Glock model, or an Ames entrenchment tool may be too much for some. The glock is light and has a saw in the handle. The Ames (found on ebay) although used is very handy. You do get what you pay for. I think of these as a few times use and then toss. It feels like $7. Hell, buy six of these vs the others and save a buck or two, up to you.

The fact that gun.deals even allows ads from Amazon (the anti-gun superstore) tells you all you need to know about gun.deals.

I bet Amazon sells more gun stuff than Walmart does. I do believe the CEO has made some anti-gun statements in the past though.
Wait, didn't the CEO of Chick-fil-A make some anti-gay statements?!? Did that make then entire corporation anti-gay or just that dude?

First of all, Walmart sells ACTUAL guns AND ammo for guns, so Amazon does not sell anywhere near as much gun content as Walmart does. Secondly, Amazon has been known to completely PULL items that they feel are too "dangerous" are pro-gun type of things, and that is why a lot of companies stopped trying to even deal with Amazon's crazy listing policies for weapons and what may hurt Amazon's feelings that week. To be honest, I couldn't care less if they advertise for Amazon here, cause it all comes down to paying the bills and making money so that a company can operate and actually say they can make a living, but Amazon is definitely ANTI-gun and has been for quite some time. Hell, Amazon won't even sell Google's Chromecast because it's their competition! Lol But it's his company so he can do whatever he wants... Just had to correct the misinformation that Amazon sells more gun stuff then Walmart statement. ;)

More gun related items = stuff. I didn't mention actual guns did I? Amazon isn't brick and mortar either, does Wal-Mart sell guns or ammo online?!? I was speaking about actual volume which you have to be an idiot to suggest more gun accessories go through Wal-Mart vs Amazon. Holsters, slings, targets, etc. Point made.

Don't like retailers who pick and choose what they sell when it comes to guns? Does Wal-Mart carry any magazines? Any pistols? Any ARs? What about home defense shotguns? If Amazon is anti-gun for not carrying "everything" please explain how you give Wal-Mart a free ride for the same clear-as-mud policy.

BTW, where was your "correction" ;)

The Chick-fil-A CEO made a perceived anti-gay-MARRIAGE comment rather than anti-gay. Big differnce.

The question remains the same; is Chick-fil-A as a whole repesented by the statement or just the feelings of just that one person?

You really dodged the meat and potatoes of that question, didn't you? How long have you been in Congress?

Bought a couple - 14 bucks shipped, got here in 2 days (love Prime). They're a handy thing to keep in the trunk; not super high quality, but what are you really gonna use it for? It'll dig you out of a little snow or mud, if you're having trouble using it for much tougher jobs, the shovel isn't your problem :)

I too would like a website which sticks to guns and not magpul iphone cases and flashlights shipping from china.

good luck with that. This website's policies are geared towards paid monthly subscription ads by vendors. I tried that route, and after $250 for 8 ads ($31.25, each ad) after which they deleted all my ads.

I can't even post a legit slickdeal for another vendor because it counts against me.

Well, i guess my comment below was too much to ask from the slick guns moderators, because here's this flippin shovel yet again. OK slick guns, let me spell it out to you; this shovel is not on sale now, nor was it 3 months ago when you morons first allowed it to be posted! So why do you continue to re-post this non-deal again, and again, and yet again? It's lack of due diligence on your behalf to allow crap like this to be posted in the first place, and yet another reason more and more slick gun consumers are looking elsewhere for their deals. We've had it with all of the amazon, wal-mart, and cheaper than dirt postings.

Same price it's been for nearly 6 months...but it's been posted on slick guns every week for (at least) the past month. Might it be possible to go at least one week without having to see this flippin shovel being posted (again, and again, and yet again) at regular price?

Get you a Ames Entrenching Tool if you can afford it, Ebay $24.95 free shipping and will dig, cut, etc., without breaking, Amazon charges about $60. The SOG is $9 for a reason.

The Gerber one linked shows $25.70 as cheapest for new with free shipping for me...

I received mine today, $8.16 including shipping and Florida tax. Looks like it will hold up fine for camping. Came with a codura pouch, well worth it at this price.

I ordered one, what do they expect for $8 bucks? it will be good enough to bury my poo with or dig a fire pit while camping.

no its not going to bash zombie skull...but it will keep ranger rick off you're tail for not having a shovel.

Reviewers say that it's cheaply made and bends easily. Sog had better get their shit together.

SOG has gone the way Gerber has. They still offer some quality stuff, but most is Wal-Mart garbage mass produced for lowest bidder syndrome. I'm sure the stuff produced for the military is still good.

I own a few SOG products. While I like them, you do get what you pay for. If I would use them on a very tough task - I expect they would probably break.

I bought two...one for my Jeep and one for my 4wd pickup. They're very small, but better than nothing in a pinch. They are worth what I paid, but I wouldn't pay a dime more.
