Got mine today. In excellent condition just a little powder residue inside the barrel. Came with original box and extra back straps. Definitely worth the price

yeah, these were MUCH better than expected for the price. My wife has since "stolen" mine for her bedside gun, making me wish I had grabbed 2

The white sticker on the blue factory box is covering the original factory sticker. I slowly removed the aftermarket sticker to show the factory one below. The factory one shows month and year of manufacturing.

Mine came today and was also a Durham, NC PD trade in. You can tell as it has a laser engraved Durham PD logo on the top of the slide near the rear sight. It had not been cleaned but there is no holster wear and minimal wear marks. If I had to guess based on barrel/slide wear marks it had less than 200 rounds through it. It was manufactured 2/2015. Night sights still worked well but not as bright as new of course. It did come with the factory box with the correct serial number to the gun,all three back straps, factory paperwork, and one mag. Funny thing is I live about 40 miles from Durham, NC. I am beyond happy with it at $244.

how do you tell the manufacture date on it? is it that series of numbers near the bottom? cuz I have a string that LOOKS like it could be a date of 031315 which I'm wondering translates to 03/13/15 (it's located JUST to the left of the right most barcode on the bottom of the box's sticker. (I'm betting it is a 2015 date as we both got ours from the same PD and I'm betting they ordered in bulk at once)

Mine has some mild holster wear, but this guy definitely shot it since I can see barrel hood wear and the classic front of hte barrel wear, but I can never tell how much that is on an M&P as I usually have glocks and glocks can look like no wear due to the tennifer if you've fired 200 rounds, or 5,000 rounds

got mine today. for $232.48 I was impressed. it's what I would call "good" to "very good" condition. there's some minor holster wear, but everything locks up fine. Night sights are pretty good, and there were no issues with locking back the slide and the mag looks only moderately worn. With the price of M&P 2.0 .45's being about $380-$420, this was worth the deal. I can use it as a bedside gun without worry. The insides hadn't been cleaned (they rarely are) but I saw no damage to the gun besides holster wear on the slide. Mine came from the Durham NC PD, but it didn't have a heavy trigger or a mag disconnect.

I take it back partially. After a good cleaning it was in much better shape than I expected. Some of the wear marks were just carbon deposits that made the wear look worse than it was. I'd up my score to "very good" condition. I'd honestly be surprised if the officer shot more than 800 rounds through the gun total. Looks like it's in GREAT shape internally. Recoils spring is taught as can be too.

Mine comes in tomorrow to my FFL. Should have a report on condition and my satisfaction soon. I will have $245 total in this purchase.

Any idea how old the night sights are?

Also what PD was using 45 after 2005+?

the one I got was a 2015 gun, and from the Durham North Carolina PD

Pulled the trigger. Hope I get a nice one in the box but for that price I will be happy as long as it feels and functions correctly. I will try to remember to post back my thoughts once it comes in. I have one I bought new years ago and love it. Couldn’t pass up another one.

With my SG credit card this was $226 shipped and will be $256 after transfer and stupid Wisconsin handgun fee. With buyers club 4 pay this is about $55 per month. Can't beat that for a full size handgun that's actually decent. I wanted a Glock 21 but that will wait at this price. Hopefully botach does the 6 14rd magazines for $60 shipped again

haha, I ordered one this morning and the first thing I did was check to see if Botach had the 6 for $60 m&p .45 mags again. they had it ALL the time for the last two years, hoping they do again

LE trade ins include night sights, which are hard to find on some non-LE models.

I qualify for the Law Enforcement pricing on new ones. Brand new, with night sights, my cost is $499.99 for Thai firearm. Helluva lot more than 50 bucks.
