For me in Utah. Shipping comes to 17 and tax comes to 18.... It puts me at 185. Plus FFL which will put me at 200+$

Are they charging tax?

They did have a recall on the earlier models due to the recoil spring hanging up and or coming off the guide rod. I simply replaced it with a stainless steel single recoil spring and guide rod assembly that was $40, made a huge difference in recoil and ease of racking too. We'll worth it

I wonder if it has anything to do with where one lives in the country for shipping times. I have ordered a dozen or more guns and items from PSA and never did anything take over 4 to 5 days max? I'm on the west coast in Oregon?

I love Palmetto, but still slow AF when it comes to shipping. 7 days and still in processing.

The PSA website says "Temporarily Out of Stock". Bummer. {:>(

Just FYI, the one with thumb safety is still in stock and appears to be same price. http://palmettostatearmory.com/smith-wesson-m-p-shieldtm-9mm.html

The cheapest I've seen.
I have one and my own opinion here, it's great for carry, its slim and has good ergonomics but is riddled with problems. It won't go into battery every time and I've had a a double feed more than once.

then you should have it sent in for service at S*W ... they'll take care of you.

I paid $410 during the single stack craze. This is a great price

I've ordered 5 firearms from PSA and have never had any problems with slow shipping. They have such great deals I'm going to have to stop my email alerts before I go broke

If you don't mind waiting "up to" 15 business days for your order to ship, it's a good deal.

If you need it right away buy local

I don't know about you, but it's been a long time since I needed a hun I just bought right away. I usually still need a holster, extra magazines etc. Besides, the last few times I ordered from PSA they were pretty quick to ship. YMMV.
