Buds doesn't check this for basic appearance, wear, and function at all before shipping?
I am sure FFL businesses receiving your guns for transfer wouldn't be happy that you're wasting their time if guns get returned.
Two of my local FFL's have started charging an additional premium for items shipped to them from Bud's. They said that getting a hold of Bud's customer service to arrange for return shipping of refused firearms typically took 2-4 weeks due to Bud's lack of response to their requests.
Findbeat: maybe not a fine place to buy, at least it was my experience!
Definitely NOT a good deal. I question the validity of the users who said that this was. Mine is well worn. My barrel had rust in the bore. The slide was worn in spots down to the bare metal. Trust me when I say that I should've just spent a few dollars more & bought a new one. After I refurbish this, I will have more money into it than had I of purchased new. I DEFINITELY will not buy a USED gun from Bud's again.
Please tell me you did not accept this transfer! It sounds like you did, so that is on you.
Thanks for letting us know your experience though - just sucks that you got a bad one!
Got my 4" from Buds with working night sights and 2 mags for $291 (police trade - box, 3 backstraps, all the paperwork) - not a scratch on it and no issues through 300 rounds.
Seems like a solid deal even with the 3% CC fees.
Anyone have any comments on this deal or shooting this firearm?
I'm so curious, not sure what I'm picking up next.
Are there some folks put there, who without. Ford vs Chevy "hate", can tell me what you thin compared to the glocks?
I know the frame rails are embedded on the glock and attached to the MP
What else makes the Glock the winner? Or reverse that if you wish
Thanks guys
I want one of these, but I wouldn't pay over $300 used for one.
