They’re basically industry standard as far as policies. They post inventory from independent warehouses and sometimes there is a lag leading to unfulfilled sales. They’ve had another, slightly less standard problem of occasionally listing incorrect low prices and not fulfilling such orders. It’s all probably in the terms the buyer agrees to (like everything in a country without robust consumer protection) but feels dirty. If you’re on this site, you’re probably price sensitive enough to put up with it.
