Theses will most likely be banned through a change in ATF interpretation just like 5.56 was a while back and arm braces used as stocks. It will make libtards happy while not making Republicans have to vote on it.

These are a blast on 22LR set-ups......and cheap to shoot......think outside the box. Put a fake can on your 22LR upper, and this bad boy, and the looks you get at the range are incredible.

They work I had one on my ak... but its wildly innacurate and uncontrollable.

I've always wanted one. For my AR or AK, but with how scarce and expensive ammo has been, $250 would be a stretch for this. I'd rather get a magpul UBR. It would be tons of fun if you can afford to feed it

hell you can build a "slidefire" for a fraction of the price. watch some youtube vids. and if you're somewhat handy you'll make it happen.

buy an extra buttstock and maybe a few pistol grips (the cheapest ones they make) and some hardware from the store.

Do they use a spring at all or is it just a stock and grip that isnt locked in? Also what could be done about the safety detent spring? Anybody own one or have any ideas?

No spring, and that it fact would make it illegal. See the bumpinator below

Place is a joke. Just another item not in stock and they will take your money and ship in 3 months. How do they even stay open.....

Seriously? SG has NEVER charged before an item ships. And they have tons of good deals on all kinds of outdoor gear. I'm not saying every item they sell is the best deal ever, but I've been buying stuff from them for over 20 years with great success. I think you're the joke here.

Sg does not charge until the item is shipped.

Sure I can afford to buy this thing... but at current per-round prices, I can't afford to use it!

Search on youtube for BUMPINATOR RUGER and see how you can duplicate with a sub $100 Tapco or essentially free if you already have a Tapco stock.

The 10/22 version looks really sweet and smooth.

Also the bumpinator is held like a normal automatic versus a more dangerous hip placed bump fire technique.

dangerous and inaccurate and also does not help with safety factors on civilian arms, good reason civilians don,t have full auto, dipshits like this.

look on youtube for homemade variants of the same, works just as well, feels better cause you did it yourself, same legality cause you are not alternating the trigger, only stock, much much much cheaper then this 90 cents of molded plastic.

I believe you're thinking of the DIY AK bump fire stocks. Those are pretty cool and easier to make because they don't require a grip block to retain the safety lever detent and spring like the AR model does. Do you know of any DIY AR bump stocks? I have yet to see one but would be very interested.

This is a left handed model he did, but as you can see in the video it is built off energy redistribution from the stock to the finger on the plate, same technology except the underside strapping, pretty simple, cheap and effective design and is not infringement, just re engineered idea.

Pretty normal price for a slide-fire stock!

Is that a fact? How about providing links to other places that have this "normal price"? Real places, in stock. Not "Billy Joe's Gun Shack".

I think he meant "normal" price before gunpocalypse started (or maybe that should be firearmageddon). I doubt you'll find a better price on this anywhere.

The Slide Fire stock is basically a price controlled item which is why you don't see them much below retail. Some places will offer free shipping and places like SG have a club discount to get around the minimum price requirement. $300 is the cheapest you will find these new and that's only after a club discount and a coupon. Believe me, I looked all over for the best price even before this craziness and that was how it was then too.

I have a stripped lower coming in on Monday and a upper from palmetto without BCG on Wednesday. If I order this Slide-Fire Kit what parts do I still have to order to complete my rifle other than the BCG. I assume I won't be needing a pistol grip and a stock, I know I will be needing a lower parts kit without pistol grip. Anything else i'm missing?

You need all lower parts except pistol grip, screw, lock washer. Most kits include these. Seeing as you may want to take the slide fire off down the road I'd keep them just in case.

As long as the LPK includes a buffer tube and spring, you should only need a charging handle and magazine. Also, make sure the buffer tube is for an adjustable stock.
