Had their top of the line M spec model and it went bust pretty quickly. Checked batteries and all and it would still turn off from recoil of a 9mm. Sent back and they sent a new one which i sold quickly and went with an Eo tech. Buy once, cry once.
Sightmark stands behind their products. I had two of these reflex style sights crapped out recently and was so close to pitching them in the trash thinking they were worthless after 7-8 years of usage. So I contacted them, sent the old broke sights back and I had 2 brand new replacements a few days later.
I picked one up a month ago. It has been good so far. I like it, especially for the money.
Finely, a sight that "those people" can afford.
I bought one of these about a year ago, slightly higher priced. It has been a great sight. I have banged it around some in the field and knocked it over here and there. Dang thing still works great and for the price can’t beat it with a stick! ;-) of course you could always spend more of your money on a eotech that does the same thing. I’m just saying
Don't know that I'd bet my life on it but for a range toy, mine has proven to be pretty decent and hold zero. I got it on a used rifle as a throw-in and didn't know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The wide field of view makes target acquisition very quick vs. the narrow tube red dots.
I just ordered 2 from academy sports at the same price
Great price- I have had one for 3 years with no problems.
I user these on 2 Kel Tec Sub 2000s in 9mm and they work really well. I can not fold the Sub2000 with them on but these are really easy to remove an reattach if there is a need to fold them. I have not had any issues with about 500 rounds down each.
