I would not call the 675 a normal price. ky gun had them in sale due to there new range opening up. I did pick one up only due to it being the first time i had seen it under 750. Having the ambi mag release and safety where things i like and would cost more to add to a ruger or delton.

Weaponexpo......I mean no disrespect.... Do you foresee prices returning to the comment you made on this thread in reference to the end of 2015? Why should we pay $850 now without the scope as opposed to your quote of $785 with a Sig scope at the end of 2015? It's the same carbine as it was 4 months ago and the current market isn't in panic mode (at the time of this post). Is Sig holding back? Or did you jack up the price of your old inventory?

Great question. We actually made more money last year on the model with the scopes for $785. We just received these at the end of January and we are $100 cheaper than any other dealer and they are still moving slowly.

Do you still have one for 850?

I'm not trying to bust your chops(maybe just a little poke). You are $100 less than the competition. In the last 10 years, Firearms have become a market traded commodity that is likened to silver or gold. I thought I would pose a direct question to a dealer. thank you for the honest response and no disrespect intended.
It seems there was a spike in AR's and handguns after Black Friday 2015 to about February.
This carbine could be $750 in six months, or $1400. I'm just fishin for an inside take...and tryin to put you in the hot seat!

Yep. I paid 675 just a little while back. Nice rifle for 675 but probably not as nice as the Rock River paid 800 for.

Sig Sauer M400 on sale for $200 cheaper a few months ago, after CA shooting another panic, I will wait til prices are back to normal.

Great rifle! Awesome fit and finish, cold hammer-forged and chrome lined barrel, chromed inside the bolt, nitrided everywhere else and generally close to mil spec or better. Definitely a step up from your Bushmasters, M&Ps, Rugers and the like... comparable to a Colt, IMO. Very accurate too. Sig definitely didn't fuck these up!

"Generally close" to mil spec? Which parts aren't? Even the castle nut was staked on my m400. What did I miss?

I think there is a chance the price will go lower. M&P15 II was selling yesterday for $539

Yep, we had them with a free Sig Sauer scope for $785 towards the end of 2015.

Are you suggesting we wait for prices to come back to those of two months ago?

would you guys take this one or adams arms piston based AR from the same seller?

If MilSpec is MilSpec across different manufacturers, you would be buying better reliability with a piston driven rifle.

Sig. Hands down.

Ok Sig fanboys, I'm a huge fan of Sig also, but DI versus Piston?!?

Eugene Stoner versus John Browning (and MK)?!?

The best option always starts with the best engineering.
